Le Diacce villa, benefits of a total privacy and enjoys splendid sunsets and a beautiful pool. The living room and kitchen open onto spacious terraces fully equipped for outdoor dining and surrounded by lawns, gardens and ancient trees.

Ideal for families or a group of friends with plenty to see in the area: the nearest village is Gaiole in Chianti with all amenities: restaurants, boutiques, supermarket, bank and pharmacy.

Very pleasant interiors with antique furnishings: Le Diacce will become your home away from home. Nothing is more far from an hotel accommodation or a basic rental house.

It is rare to find total privacy and peace such as you find at Le Diacce. You can wander through the vineyards of Podere Ciona, a wine farm of 4 hectares dedicated to the highest quality, orientated south-southwest.

The owners, who live on the property, will be there to welcome you and make you taste their wines, Chianti Classico Riserva and other choice wines.

A culinary program is an option: Franca Gatteschi is one of the cooks of "Tutti a Tavola" known world wide.

Upon arrival you are received by Franca and Franco Gatteschi, the owners, and find a bottle of their wine to welcome you. If requested we can provide items for the first breakfast.

Franca will be happy to advise good restaurants and make bookings for you and suggest itineraries and visits in the region. She will also upon request make reservation for Florence museums.

A confirmatory deposit of 30% non refundable is requested.
Balance to be paid 30 days prior arrival.
Discount is offered when rental is over one week.

The Tuscany / Siena Province region

Tuscany is a vast region, famous all over the world for its landscape, ancient historic towns and picturesque villages. Chianti is the region between Florence and Siena and its wines and extra virgin olive oil are sought after for their exceptional quality.

The civilisation of this area goes back to the Etruscans and the Romans.The splendour of the Renaissance still attracts visitors looking for history, art and beauty.

The Gaiole in Chianti / Montegrossi area

Montegrossi is a tiny hamlet a few hundred meters from Le Diacce with a nice pizzeria at walking distance. Gaiole, the nearest village, offers all amenities, while Siena is just over half an hour drive.

Golf amateurs can find a very famous golf club at a reasonable distance. The sea side is a couple of hours drive away and a little further Le Cinque Terre. A couple of thermal baths are within easy reach.

Wine fairs, festivals and concerts are organized throughout the season.
