Gaeta area
Gaeta is situated on south of Lazio between Rome and Naples. Perfect a relaxing summer holiday, ideal for warm winters. It offers beautiful beaches and a number of sport resouces (climbing, trekking, water sking, windserf, horse-back riding). Camargue villa situated between Gaeta and Sperlonga are considered one of the most fashionable sea resorts in Italy.
How to get there
Fly to Rome (Fiumicino or Ciampino airport) rent a car , Gaeta is only 90 min away. Fly to Naples, rent a car , Gaeta is only 60 min away.
Gaeta - Situated on the Ulysses coast, 130 kms south of Rome and 90 kms from Naples, it can be easily reached from Rome or Naples (a) by car or (b) by train.
a)From Ciampino or Fiumicino airport, hire a car and drive along the GRA direction Pontina. The via Pontina will take you straignt to Gaeta (follow the sign Napoli). It's about two hours drive. From Capodichino airport (Naples), drive along the Tangenziale and take the Domitiana road straight on to Gaeta. It's an hour drive.
b)From Rome Termini railway station take an intercity train to Naples via Formia and get out at the Formia station (about 1 hour and 10 minutes). There a public local coach will drive you to the flat in about 10 minutes.

First floor is a big space with 3 bedrooms, 1 big living room with fire place, kitchen, small cellar, bathroom, patio, terrace and garden with esternal kitchen and barbecue.
Second floor is a big space for solarium with 700 sm of garden with entrance for a cars.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen, bathroom towels and kitchen towels for one week. There are pots, pans and sufficient plates and glasses. If you stay two weeks change of laundry takes place just after the first week. We provide you with soap, towel paper and kitchen paper. Food is not included.
Further details
The apartment is delivered perfectly clean. Cleaning it up before your departure is up to you. If you do not have time, we will charge an additional Euro 75.
The apartment is available for weekly, fortnight, monthly rent.

Conditions
Refundable breakages deposit of Euro 400 requested on arrival, to be refunded at your departure, subject to satisfactory property inspection.
30% of rental fee due before your stay to secure booking. The balance is expected at arrival prior to key apartment delivery.
