The apartment was completed in 2009 and is finished to a high standard. The master bedroom is particularly spacious and offers seaviews through french doors, which also access the balcony. There is a well equiped kitchen and utility room at the rear. An allocated underground parking space is available , although there is plenty of parking immediately outside the aprtments.
The apartment , and area , is ideal for families , couples or friends seeking a relaxing holiday in the sun . However there is plenty to do and see in this, less crowded ,part of the Algarve. The river beach is only 5 minutes stroll away . Alternatively a short ferry ride across the river takes you to the beautiful Armona Island beach which stretches for miles. Ferries leave every 10-20 minutes .
The apartment is 5-10 miutes walk from the restaurants and shops in the village. There is a good selection of eating places form Pizzierias to local restaurants serving fresh seafood and barbecued meat , to more refined dining. There is also a bank and post office and plenty of cafe`s serving the delicious local pastries and coffee. There is a good size supermarket in Fuzeta as well as several mini -markets. There is also a daily fresh fish ,fruit and vegatable covered market .
The Rio Formosa nature reserve ,which the apartments overlook ,is a magnet for many different birds ,including Flamingos .There is also a cycle track running beside the nature reserve.
The historic and attractive city of Faro is only 20 minutes on the train from Fuseta and Tavira "the jewel of the Algarve " is ony 15 minutes on the train in the other direction.Seville is only 2 hours drive away over the border in Spain.
For golfers there are numerous excellent courses within 30 minutes drive of Fuseta,
This area will give you more of an experience of the real Portugal ,less commercialised than some areas to the west , but it also has great transport llinks to the rest of the Algarve .

Good size communal pool ,with separate todlers area. Lift to underground carpark . Secure underground parking accessible by remote control. Garden with grassed sunbathing area .
Booking will be via the owner's agents in Portugal . 30% is payable one week from booking and the remaining balance eight weeks before arrival. A refundable breakage deposit is taken by the agents on clients arrival.
The Algarve region
Most people are familiar with the Alagarve as the southern most area of Portugal .The climate is equally well known for its ,close to ,300 days of sunshine per year .The climate is said to be similar to that of California. Even at the height of summer it is cooled by Atlantic breezes, whcih make the heat more pleasant . As well as summer ,Spring and Autumn are beutifully warm ,even up unitl Christmas it can be warm and pleasant.
The East Algarve is the more sheltered side of the Algarve ,so does not get the very strong winds experinced in the west and central Algarve.
Flights are to Faro ,the capital of the Algarve . Faro is a fine old historic city . There is the old walled city with winding streets squares and churches .The more modern area has plenty of good shops , bars and restaurants. Faro shopping , near the aiport is a large shopping complex.
Golf is ,of course is, well catered for around the whole of the Algarve ,with the Estern Algarve having many fine courses.
There is a strong moorish influence in the Algarve from its occupation by the muslim's of North Africa for about 500 years. This is reflected in the architecture ,Olhao for example, and food.
Tavira is a recommendation for a visit as are the many other towns and villages along the cost and inland .
As already mentioned, Fuseta is within easy reach ,by car or train , of Faro and Tavira. Olhao is even closer and is an interesting moorish style working town with a fine promenade. The Spanish border is only 40 minutes drive away and is accessible over a new suspension bridge or by ferry form Vila Real de Santa Antonio.
There is a marine park and also water park near to Faro.
The Palace of Estoi and Roman ruins of Milreu are 25 minutes drive away.
During the year there are many festival days in Fuseta . In fact in summer almost every weekend seems to be a celebration.
