' Formosa 1 ' is a very modern apartment ready for you to stay a few days relaxing. It's got a colorful garden just in front of the sittingroom, and both rooms, balcony with sea view.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable and luminous. The apartment has two bedrooms, one is a suite with private bathroom. Both bedrooms have double beds, linen and white towels are available. There's a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen open to the sittingroom.

There's a tennis court and swiming pool that you can use. The house is very well located for excellent walking and discovering Funchal. It is close to the Beautiful beach, supermarket, local bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops. There is a bus stop right in front of the main entrance of the complex, if you do not have a car.

Guests have access to the entire house.

Upon arrival I will shou you arround the house and give you some tips of what to see and what too do, and at the end of your stay I will check you out.

If by any chance you need my assistance call me and I'll be happy to help!

The neighborhood is very nice, people are very friendly and helpful.

Wood forum (Shopping center) is a 5 min walk, there's a bus stop very close by that can take you to the city center in 10 min.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Artur (the owner) a message.

If Artur (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
