New for Summer 2015 a stunning barn conversion with an overall floor area in excess of 130 sqm.
The gite has an airy open-plan layout with a contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with luxury bedding, 1 luxury bathroom which is en-suite to the master bedroom, and 1 luxury shower room with a freestanding shower, both with soft fluffy towels.
Master bedroom (18 sqm) and bedroom 2 (12 sqm) have kingsize beds, bedroom 3 (12 sqm) has 2 singles beds which can be pushed together to make a kingsize bed. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and contemporary oak furniture.
The open-plan lounge has a 42 inch LCD TV with English free view channels, DVD player, iPod dock and free wifi.
The mezzanine floor overlooks the lounge and dining area and offers an additional chill out area.
Please note - The gite will be completed to the same luxury and standard as it's sister property La Petite Grange.
Travel cots, high chairs and stair gates are available on request.
Pool towels are provided (New 2015)
We provide a welcome hamper to get you started, consisting of fresh croissants, milk, cheese, ham, eggs, butter and fruit juice. Also, a complementary bottle of Cahors wine from a local chateau carefully selected by us after sampling many of the local vineyards!
Kitchen staples are also provided such as tea/coffee/sugar, oils, condiments, herbs & spices. You can also help yourself to fresh herbs from the herb garden.
To make your stay easier the gites are stocked with dishwasher tablets, bin liners, cleaning products, tinfoil, cling film, kitchen roll and toilet roll, so you won't have to buy these when you arrive.
The laundry room is also stocked with washing powder and stain remover.
In the grounds there is a private 10m x 5m swimming pool shared only between the 2 gites with a large decked terrace, plentiful sun loungers & parasols, and shaded seating for 8 people. There is also a separate dining area on the upper terrace with shaded seating for 8 people.
Outside each gite in the enclosed courtyard there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and BBQs for your use.
A separate games room with table tennis, darts board, giant Jenga, giant Connect4, petanque (boules).
There are 4 bicycles available for your use.
You can also enjoy a woodland walk around our woods.
