Gite Regrunel - La Petite Grange (is the sister property to Gite Regrunel - La Grange which is due for completion 2015)

NEW FOR 2014 - A stunning newly completed barn conversion set in 5 acres of tranquil countryside, located in a beautiful region of SW France.

The gite has an airy open-plan layout with a contemporary fully-equiped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with luxury bedding, 2 luxury shower rooms (one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom) with soft and fluffy towels, LED TV with English free view channels, DVD player, iPod dock and free wifi, along with a selection of board games and children's DVDs.

Bedroom 2 can be configured as a king or 2 singles.

Travel cots, highchairs and stair-gates are available upon request.

Pool towels are provided (New 2015)

We provide a welcome hamper to get you started, consisting of fresh croissants, milk, cheese, ham, eggs, butter and fruit juice. Also, a complementary bottle of Cahors wine from a local chateau carefully selected by us after sampling many of the local vineyards!

Kitchen staples are also provided such as tea/coffee/sugar, oils, condiments, herbs & spices. You can also help yourself to fresh herbs from the herb garden.

To make your stay easier the gites are stocked with dishwasher tablets, bin liners, cleaning products, tinfoil, cling film, kitchen roll and toilet roll, so you won't have to buy these when you arrive.

The laundry room is also stocked with washing powder and stain remover.

Outside there is a 10x5 swimming pool shared between the 2 gites with a large decked terrace, sun loungers & parasols, and shaded seating for 8. There is also a separate dining area on the upper terrace with shaded seating for 8.

Outside each gite in the enclosed courtyard there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining, and BBQs for your use.

Separate games room with table tennis, darts board, giant Jenga, giant Connect4, petanque (boules).

4 complementary bicycles.


You can also enjoy a woodland walk around our woods.

The Lot-et-Garonne area is perfect for families, couples and friends, with plenty of activities available for all ages, including walking, cycling, horse riding, canoeing, climbing, golf.

Chateau Bonaguil is less than 5 minutes away by car, a marvel of military architecture dating back to the 13th century. As well as being an interesting place to explore, it hosts evening concerts and medieval displays, and there are 3 restaurants at the foot of the chateau.

Also nearby are numerous vineyards of the up-and-coming Cahors wine region, offering plenty of opportunities to sample and learn about the 'black wine' dating back to Roman times.

During the summer months there are some lovely markets in nearby bastide towns; Monflanquin, Puy-l'Évêque, Touron d'Agenais, Villeneuve-sur-Lot, Pujols.
