10th floor, 1 bedroom apartment, with sofa bed in lounge situated on the beach front in Torreblanca. The beach is only seconds away. Few minutes walk from local, bars, restaurants and shops, Comfortable open plan lounge/dining room, satellite TV showing the ‘free to air’ channels, 1 double bedded room and a fully fitted kitchen. Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony, which overlooks beach and Mediterranean Sea

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is famous for hot summers and warm winters, and a ( very warm welcome ) in fact we enjoy an all year round sunny climate.

I have lived in the area for 18 years so it must be nice ! Olimpo Beach, Torreblanca Beach, los Boliches and Fuengirola beach, Run along a 3 km golden sand walk to the castle at the other end of Fuengirola.

The promenade is wide and pleasant to walk along . The beaches are of a very high standard and are very clean with an abundance of sun beds, parasols ,pedaloes and canoes for hire even a the Dive centre, is in the same building as the apartment, Dolphins are often seen from the beach and by the divers.

There are many of cafes, bars and restaurants on the sea front to suit all tastes and budgets and a wide variety of choice….Traditional Spanish sea food, Indian, Italian, Chinese, French, Greek or Good old English grub !

In the evening the beaches are floodlit and a joy to see, with some night time attraction for the children, fantastic to take a stroll along and stop for the odd Vino tino or coffee.

Fuengirola, Torremolinos Arroyo & Malaga are famous large open markets , you can walk to Fuengirola one if you wish and the others are a short ride away in the inexpensive electric train ( great value ) and always on time !!

Fuengirola has plenty for everyone to do for the golfers, walkers and water parks, zoo. It is a good central point for sightseeing, day trips to Gibralta, Sevilla, Granada to name a few can be arranged locally. Visits to Mijas and Malaga can be reached by car,Taxi or local bus, Again very inexpensive OR you can just relax on the beach and take home a great tan ! We even have a beach area called the chill zone.

The Fuengirola / Torreblanca area

Torreblanca is a quiet suberb situated on the outskirts of Fuengirola. The town centre with its many shops and bustling night life is however short train/ taxi/ bus ride away.

Torreblanca, it is not noisy, not over croweded and not overpriced.
Torreblanca is all you need for a great Holiday you will enjoy it.

Fuengirola has its own water park a zoo , mini golf, shopping centre, with cinema ( showing films in English) Selwo Dolphin park a 15 minute drive away, as is Tivoli World, Benamadena Sea World, not to mention the crocodile park and water park also being a must visit 15 minutes away on the edge of Torremolinas. When finished there why not head down to Benamadena Marina, mix with the rich and famous, shopping a boat trip or just enjoy a wonderful meal in one of the many themed restaurants. For those that wish to go clubbing, come midnight the marina really comes to life where you can party until dawn. All of this and its only 20 minutes from Malaga airport!

Booking Terms and Conditions.

* A 30% non refundable deposit secures the booking.

* Full balance of payment must be made 8 weeks prior to holiday commencement.

* A £150.00 (200.00 Euro) deposit is required with final payment, this is held against damage and breakages, and is fully refundable via bank transfer on inspection of apartment after departure.

* No groups considered, when all members of the party are under 30 years of age.

* If due to circumstances beyond our control the accommodation booked becomes unavailable coincidental with the clients scheduled time of residence we will do everything within our power to offer the client alternative accommodation to the same or of a similar specification. If this cannot be met a full refund will be made.

* All clients are recommended to have adequate holiday and personal medical insurance.

* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.

* No Pets
