This apartment is situated in the Torreblanca region of Fuengirola. Built in a mature valley overlooking the Mediterranean, only 400m downhill to the beach.
Luxuriously furnished, this apartment has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, lounge/diner and a separate kitchen. There is also a large 18 sq metre terrace.
The terrace has beautiful sea views of the Mediterranean and is fully equipped with table and chairs . Sit back with a coffee and watch the small fishing boats and large cruise liners going between Malaga and Gibralter.
The Lounge and master bedroom have double patio doors which lead out on to the terrace. The lounge is beautifully furnished with an L shaped sofa, tables, dining suite, British Satellite TV and DVD player.
The Master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have bedside cabinets, drawer units and fitted wardrobes.

The Montecanada Complex boasts two communal swimming pools, a large adult pool, and a smaller children's pool. There is one tennis court,a small children's play-area and 10,000 square metres of gardens.
The pools, which are under the control of the Community of Owners, are open from June to last week-end in September and have a qualified lifeguard.
The beach is only a short distance away, aprox 400 meters downhill.
As the access road to the Montecanada complex has a gradual incline it may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. Though if hiring a car this will not affect you.
Conditions
1) a £100 cheque is to be enclosed with the booking form and the cost of rental MUST be received no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival in Spain.
2) Bookings are accepted on the basis of a maximum of 4 persons only & NO PETS.
3) All deposits/balances paid are non-refundable.
4) The Apartment may not be ready for occupation before 2pm.
5) Unless by prior agreement the Apartment must be vacated by 11-00am
(we are normally able to agree to arrival and departure times outside of the above but consent must be obtained before you leave for spain)
6) As with all hire agreements a refundable key, damage and excess cleaning deposit is required. This fee is £100.00. If breakages, excess cleaning, missing items are found at the end of your stay, this figure will be deducted from your hire deposit you have placed with us.
7) We reserve the right to alter prices at our discretion at anytime prior to acceptance of payments and to cancel bookings. If the latter is done then a full refund will be given. (both of these events are highly unlikely)
8)Smoking is only permitted on the terrace.

The Costa Del Sol with an average of 330 sunshine days each year and a plethora of leisure, recreational, cultural and sporting activities. It is no surprise that the Costa Del Sol is internationally renowned as the California of Europe. The region is renowned for its long sunny days, magnificent beaches and mountain views. Within the region are numerous excellent Golf courses (two within 5 minute drive of the apartment), water sports, horse riding, theme parks, Shopping Centres, Restaurants, a Casino, Racecourse and stunning mountain villages. Whatever your taste there is something for everyone.
The Fuengirola / Torreblanca area
The visitor to this part of the Costa del Sol is certainly spoiled for choice when it comes to things to do and places to go. Miles of sandy beaches with water sports, fishing and sight-seeing, boat trips, excursions to family attractions such as Aquaparks, Theme Parks, Wildlife Parks, cable car rides, and beautifully landscaped 18 hole golf courses, these are just a sample of what's on offer.
Families with children are well catered for on the Costa del Sol. Besides the nearby sandy beach, there are Aquaparks in Fuengirola and Torremolinos(15 mins drive).An excellent Zoo is also to be found at Fuengirola.
Torremolinos hosts the new Crocodile Park near the Aquapark.
The Tivoli World Centre in Benalmadena (10 mins drive or 5mins by train) is a must for a day out - it has a large funfair with rides for children of all ages, and regular children's and adults musical entertainment, also restaurants and bars, and you can take the spectacular cable car ride to the top of the mountain.
There are two 18 hole golf courses within 5 minutes drive from the apartment. In addition, in a radius of only 30km there are some twenty other perfectly equipped golf courses.
The bus stops at the bottom of the road leading to the Montecanada Complex, great days out can be had to Benelmadina and Torremolinos for a couple of Euros. Also a bus can ge got to the centre of Fuengirola.

Fly to Malaga Airport. Drive the short distance to Fuengirola or take the local train. You can also take a taxi from the Airport,cost aprox. 35 euros,or we can arrange to have you met at the Airport and driven to the Apartment,cost 30 euros for up to 4 persons.
The apartment is located in the Montecanada Complex, just 400meters from the beach.
