Spacious, well equipped and continuously maintained 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1st floor apartment with lift. Modern high speed remote control ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus 2 ceiling fans in the lounge. Dining tables and chairs inside and outside, sliding patio doors in lounge area, and two of the bedrooms, lead to the large open private 4ft walled terrace. Great for families, golfers, groups of friends alike.
Just 200m walk to Santa Amalia beach and 8 km promenade. Fantastic location in Fuengirola with plenty to keep you entertained! A Children's Park is just 30 second walk, with adult exercise equipment, gardens, seating areas and outside café/restaurant. Bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, bread/cake shop, internet access, phone facilities are all within very easy walking distance and the area is flat so no hills to contend with! 10 min walk to a fantastic 19 Hole Adventure Golf with restaurant, the Moorish Solhail Castle, Miramar Shopping Centre and Cinema complex, the Zoo, Aqua Park. 15 min walk to the Marina/Port and heart of the night life. The complex has a large swimming pool and children’s pool in well kept gardens and on site lifeguard plus private tennis courts, private parking. The famous Sunday market is just across the road. No need for a car, it's all on your doorstep!

Further details indoors:
There are four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. It has up to date furniture and furnishings throughout with good mattresses including protectors. The two bathrooms sit between the bedrooms. Upon entrance, there is a long hallway leading down to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
All bedrooms have new high speed remote ceiling fans rooms and the lounge has two standard ceiling fans. For the winter months there are electric heaters and a gas heater. There is also a hairdryer and a safe.
The kitchen is modern and has a separate laundry/utility room and has additional items such as:
- a juicer
- liquidiser
- ice-cream maker/yogurt maker
- a coffee machine
- 5 ring gas hob
- plenty of pots/pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc
- a shopping trolley (no bags required!)
Iron and ironing board in the utility room plus the washing machine, linen basket and airers for use on the terrace.
Two of the bedrooms and the lounge area have glass sliding patio doors that lead out to the private south facing balcony which has a 4ft wall with plants in, a large outside dining table and chairs, and an additional café style table and 2 chairs.
The lounge area also has a dining room table and chairs.
Additional facilities normally in the apartment not listed above are:
- kitchen detergents; washing up & cleaning liquids, dishwasher tablets, cloth etc
- bathroom; toilet roll, hand soap
- clothes airers to dry washing.

With Satellite TV you will be able to receive BBCs, ITVs, E4, channel 4 etc.
The dining table in the lounge is extendable with 6 chairs although 2 additional chairs from the coffee table outside can be used. The lounge area has 1 three-seater leather settee and 1 two-seater leather settee plus 2 armchairs.

There is a modern children's park just 1 minute walk outside the apartment that has a pirate style ship for children to play on, climbing frames, exercise equipment for adults and seating areas plus a café/bar so you can keep an eye on the little ones. The park is actually manned by a security guard during the day and it has a really lovely outside café bar with tables and chairs that serve drinks and snacks so you can relax and watch the children play.
The tennis courts are to the rear of the apartment block as well as the private parking (please note that this is ticked as 'parking space' above as 'private parking' wasn't an option). There is plenty of parking in front of the apartment block as well. The car park zapper, if required, will be provided upon your arrival as with the key to the tennis court.
The apartment does not overlook the communal swimming pool area so no noise disturbance from this - it is approx 2 mins walk away and pool passes are required to enter which are kept in the apartment. It is usually open from approx 15th June to 15th September.
If you require the internet then there are a couple of internet cafes just a few minutes walk away which are open until late. You can also buy phone cards in the same place and there are telephone facilities. There is also a phone box just around the corner.

We have continuously invested rental money back into our apartment every year to maintain the standard of the accommodation and to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Therefore, in the interest of protecting our apartment and maintaining the standard, we will not accept stag / hen parties or groups of young all female/male groups. If you are unsure please provide details of your group with your initial enquiry email.
For stays of less than 1 week please enquire.
A booking form will be sent for completion along with booking terms. A non refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. A refundable damage deposit is payable. If arriving within eight weeks of the start of the rental period then payment in full is required.
You will be welcomed upon arrival to show you around etc and you will have a point of contact during your stay should you require any assistance. On the day of arrival the check in time is normally between 15:30 and 16:00 hours and on the day of departure the check out time is 10:30 hours. If we have a changeover on the same day as you arrive, you can normally drop your bags off earlier providing it's after 10:30 am. Please note that shops are generally closed on a Sunday so we can provide welcome packs at an extra charge - please enquire.
For multiple week stays, i.e. 14 nights we will provide a change of bed linen and towels which is included in the price, however, if you wish the apartment to be cleaned during your stay this will be extra - please enquire. Alternatively you would have to maintain the apartment during your holiday so paying a little extra is certainly worth not having to clean. ****The apartment will need to be left in a similar condition to how you found it upon arrival to protect your damage deposit****
Conditions
Whilst we welcome smokers, in the interest of fellow occupants and to protect our property smoking isn't allowed inside the apartment but there are plenty of ashtrays and space for you to smoke freely on the large open terrace. We hope you understand as this generally requires extra cleaning for the next guests arriving so your damage deposit would be at risk.

The Costa del Sol region


Fuengirola is situated close to historical Mijas, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Fuengirola town is just 20 minutes west of Malaga's international airport and good local train and bus services provide easy access to neighbouring resorts. Granada and the Alhambra Palace, Sierra Navada, Gibralter, Ronda and Seville are a couple of hours drive.
The Fuengirola / Myramar area
The Myramar complex is situated on the west side of Fuengirola before the junction for the historic Solhail Castle. The nearest beach is Playa Santa Amalia just 3 mins walk away.
The apartment is situated near Parque de Poniente, Avenida Santa Amalia, which is the newly built park with swings, a large pirate style boat for climbing on, outside exercise/gym equipment. The new 19 hole Golf Adventure, Myramar Shopping Centre and Cinema Complex, Zoo, Aqua Park, town centre are only 10 mins walk.

Car hire is not necessary but private parking with a "zapper" as well off road parking in front of the apartment is available.
We will provide detailed directions to the apartment along with the arrival arrangements approx 8-6 weeks before your departure.
There is a train from Malaga airport to Fuengirola train station, along Avenida de Jesús Cantos Rein, which is approx 15 minutes walk to the apartment, 1.5 km. The train leaves at 13 minutes past the hour and 43 minutes past the hour from Malaga airport to Fuengirola and takes 34 minutes. For late arrivals please check last train time which is about 22:43. Taxis are available outside the train station in Fuengirola as this is about 15-20 minutes walk to the apartment.
There is a bus from Malaga airport to Fuengirola bus station which is approx 15 minutes walk to the apartment so a taxi is recommended as it will take longer with luggage to carry.
Taxi service from Malaga airport - would recommend pre-booking and you can obtain quotes from the companies listed below. Fuengirola is virtually a city so please be warned as some taxi drivers have been known to drop guests off in the wrong place unless pre-booked.

My wife and I took our 2 year old son, my 70 year old mother and a similarly aged friend with poor mobility to this apartment. Transfers from Malaga were a doddle thanks to the recomended minibus service, even a selection of child seats were available for all ages. The apartment was certainly no disapointment and suited all five of our needs perfectly. Lift access was a huge bonus both for the push chair and luggage and the less mobile member of our party. Very spacious with 4 good bedrooms and 2 bathrooms the apartment was very well equipped and whilst we chose mostly to eat out, the kitchen was so well equipped, self catering would have been very easy. The rest of the apartment felt very welcoming and comfortable but was spacious enough that we didn't encroach on one another. The location couldn't have been better, quiet and only 200 yds from the beach but with a short level walk to a well stocked supermarket, good bars and restaurants and the play park with its' impressive pirate ship. The town centre was again a short level walk for those that are looking for a bit more night life. We had a fantastic holiday and were grateful for the helpful advice provided by Melanie Radford. In short, this property suits every age from birth to 100 and we thorougly recomend it to anyone. |

The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything you'd need, and is very well situated. We were a group of eight, ranging in age from four to fiftytwo, including teenagers and a twentysomething. The park on the corner was great for the kids, and great for the parents as there's a cafe overlooking it. The beach is so easy to walk to that even the little ones carried their own gear. The deli downstairs was a big hit, the kids loved the cakes and the staff were lovely and patient with their efforts at Spanish. The Owner of the apartment was always available on the phone to answer queries, and was helpful and friendly from booking to departure. We'll certainly recommend this apartment. |

The main coast road is 60 seconds away and gives you access to the whole of the Costa del Sol and all its magnificent golf courses. Overall we had an excellent stay and have booked again for 2009. We had a lovely holiday and the apartment was super, plenty of room and everything we needed. The playground with the pirate ship was a big hit with the kids and we spent many hours there watching them run round having a great time.

Booking deposit of 30% required and damage deposit of between £100 and £200 depending upon the size of the group. If arriving within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period then full payment is required. A welcome pack can be provided upon request especially if you are arriving late or on a Sunday (shops aren't normally open).
For multiple week stays, i.e. 2 weeks, an interim clean is not included, just an interim change of bed linen unless requested. It is recommended that you request an interim clean for a small additional cost so you don't have to clean on holiday! We do expect you to leave the property in a similar condition to how you found it upon arrival otherwise your damage deposit will be at risk.
Travel cot and high chair is included in the price. Please bring your own baby bedding if standard sheets etc are not acceptable to you.
Clean towels/linen included EXCEPT for beach/pool towels.
No young groups of male or females OR groups larger than 8.
