Modern high speed remote control ceiling fans in all bedrooms plus 2 ceiling fans in the lounge. Dining tables and chairs inside and outside, sliding patio doors in lounge area, and two of the bedrooms, lead to the large open private 4ft walled terrace. Great for families, golfers, groups of friends alike.
Just 200m walk to Santa Amalia beach and 8 km promenade. Fantastic location in Fuengirola with plenty to keep you entertained! A Children's Park is just 30 second walk, with adult exercise equipment, gardens, seating areas and outside café/restaurant. Bars, restaurants, shops, banks, supermarkets, bread/cake shop, internet access, phone facilities are all within very easy walking distance and the area is flat so no hills to contend with! 10 min walk to a fantastic 19 Hole Adventure Golf with restaurant, the Moorish Solhail Castle, Miramar Shopping Centre and Cinema complex, the Zoo, Aqua Park. 15 min walk to the Marina/Port and heart of the night life. The complex has a large swimming pool and children’s pool in well kept gardens and on site lifeguard plus private tennis courts, private parking. The famous Sunday market is just across the road. No need for a car, it's all on your doorstep!

There are four bedrooms and two modern bathrooms. It has up to date furniture and furnishings throughout with good mattresses including protectors. The two bathrooms sit between the bedrooms. Upon entrance, there is a long hallway leading down to the bedrooms and bathrooms.
All bedrooms have modern high speed remote control ceiling fans and the lounge has two standard ceiling fans which means you don't have to keep doors and windows closed. For the winter months there are electric heaters and a gas heater. There are also 2 hairdryers and a safe.
The kitchen is modern and has a separate laundry/utility room and has additional items such as:
- a juicer
- ice-cream maker/yogurt maker
- a coffee machine
- 5 ring gas hob
- plenty of pots/pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc
- a shopping trolley (no bags required!)
Iron and ironing board in the utility room plus the washing machine, linen basket and airers for use on the terrace.
Two of the bedrooms and the lounge area have glass sliding patio doors that lead out to the private south facing balcony which has a 4ft wall with plants in, a large outside dining table and chairs, and an additional café style table and 2 chairs.
The lounge area also has a dining room table and chairs.
Additional facilities normally in the apartment not listed above are:

The dining table in the lounge is extendable with 6 chairs although 2 additional chairs from the coffee table outside can be used. The lounge area has 1 three-seater leather settee and 1 two-seater leather settee plus 2 armchairs.
The back bedrooms that look out onto the tennis courts are fitted with top quality security sound proof glass windows.
Free WIFI is available just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of hot spots in Fuengirola.

There is a modern children's park just 1 minute walk outside the apartment that has a pirate style ship for children to play on, climbing frames, exercise equipment for adults and seating areas plus a café/bar so you can keep an eye on the little ones. The park is actually manned by a security guard during the day and it has a really lovely outside café bar with tables and chairs that serve drinks and snacks so you can relax and watch the children play.
The tennis courts are to the rear of the apartment block as well as the private parking (please note that this is ticked as 'parking space' above as 'private parking' wasn't an option). There is plenty of parking in front of the apartment block as well. The car park zapper, if required, will be provided upon your arrival as with the key to the tennis court.
The apartment does not overlook the communal swimming pool area so no noise disturbance from this - it is approx 2 mins walk away and pool passes are required to enter which are kept in the apartment. It is usually open from approx 15th June to 15th September.
Free WIFI access is available in the Miramar Shopping Centre or on the promenade near the apartment in one of the cafe bars. Alternatively there are a couple of internet cafes just a few minutes walk away which are open until late. You can also buy phone cards in the same place and there are telephone facilities. There is also a phone box just around the corner.
We have continuously invested rental money back into our apartment every year to maintain the standard of the accommodation and to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
Therefore, in the interest of protecting our apartment and maintaining the standard, we will not accept stag / hen parties or groups of young all female/male groups. If you are unsure please provide details of your group with your initial enquiry email.

A booking form will be sent for completion along with booking terms. A non refundable booking deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking. A refundable damage deposit is payable. If arriving within eight weeks of the start of the rental period then payment in full is required.
You will be welcomed upon arrival to show you around etc and you will have a point of contact during your stay should you require any assistance. On the day of arrival the check in time is normally between 15:30 and 16:00 hours and on the day of departure the check out time is 10:30 hours. If we have a changeover on the same day as you arrive, you can normally drop your bags off earlier providing it's after 10:30 am. Please note that shops are generally closed on a Sunday so we can provide welcome packs at an extra charge - please enquire.
For multiple week stays, i.e. 14 nights we will provide a change of bed linen and towels which is included in the price, however, if you wish the apartment to be cleaned during your stay this will be extra - please enquire. Alternatively you would have to maintain the apartment during your holiday so paying a little extra is certainly worth not having to clean. ****The apartment will need to be left in a similar condition to how you found it upon arrival to protect your damage deposit****
The Costa del Sol region
Fuengirola is situated close to historical Mijas, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Fuengirola town is just 20 minutes west of Malaga's international airport and good local train and bus services provide easy access to neighbouring resorts. Granada and the Alhambra Palace, Sierra Navada, Gibralter, Ronda and Seville are a couple of hours drive.
The Myramar complex is situated on the west side of Fuengirola before the junction for the historic Solhail Castle. The nearest beach is Playa Santa Amalia just 3 mins walk away.
The apartment is situated near Parque de Poniente, Avenida Santa Amalia, which is the newly built park with swings, a large pirate style boat for climbing on, outside exercise/gym equipment. The new 19 hole Golf Adventure, Myramar Shopping Centre and Cinema Complex, Zoo, Aqua Park, town centre are only 10 mins walk. There is even an Iceland within walking distance!
