The Costa del Sol region
Fuengirola is part of the Sunshine Costa renowned for long sunny days, miles of sandy beaches, flat promenades and mountain views too. Places of interest include Mijas, Marbella, Malaga, Gibraltar, Benhavis and the Malaga Lakes.
The Costa del Sol is the ideal location for a holiday as it has so much to offer, including a very nice weather all year round. Fuengirola offers plenty to do for all ages and is the perfect get away from the UK Winter. During April and May temperatures average about 20-27 degrees. June, July and August are HOT! HOT! HOT!
The Fuengirola / El Castillo area
Within close vicinity there are numerous golf courses, watersports, a marina, water parks, theme parks and Fuengirola's award winning zoo.
Traditional Spanish markets operate every Tuesday and Sunday, Feria week takes place in the autumn and there are many special catholic holiday celebrations throughout the year.
In addition we are located close to the fully air-conditioned Eroski shopping centre with cinema, a newly refurbished crazy golf course, and many exciting shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful 2 wks. in this apartment,it was well equipped with everything you required for the perfect self catering holiday, with it being an Attico it has a very large sun terrace, which gave us 12hrs of sunshine every day. The location also was ideal for us,as it is in the quieter end of the Town,but near by there are plenty of Restautant's & Bar's and the Supermarket all within easy reach, the beach is just a short walk away, as is the buses and trains. The agent on our arrival was very helpful,and she is on hand if you encounter any problem's. |
