A lovely 2 bedroomed apartment furnished to a high standard and in an excellent location enjoying sea and pool views from a large balcony which has the sun all day and evening.

Situated in a complex with 2 communal swimming pools, 1 with childs pool, yet only 600metres from a large sandy blue flag beach, bars and restaurants.

Sliding glass patio doors lead to the large private balcony with table and chairs, relaxing sofa, two relaxing chairs and a coffee table to enable dining and relaxation overlooking the sea and pool. The apartment enjoys cool breezes in the summer which is very pleasant on the balcony.

There is no need for a car as the centre of Fuengirola is a pleasant sea front walk or the train and buses are regular and cheap. If you wish to rent a car we have a parking space in the garage below the building with a lift to all floors. Request directions and automatic garage key before departure.

The fully furnished lounge/dining room has two sofas, one with a double sofa bed, coffee table, lamp table, sideboard, dining table and chairs, television, dvd player and a cd/radio player. There are DVD's for your use and playing cards, chess/checkers and dominos.

The option to have satellite TV has been withdrawn by the Spanish Government. Our community is actively trying to find a solution to this problem. as English channels are unavailable. We do have some DVD's available for use.

The kitchen area has fitted cupboards and worktops, oven, ceramic hob with cooker hood over, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster and George Forman Grill. There is also an iron, mini ironing board and hairdryer.

The main bedroom, with a sea view, has a double bed with individual bedside lights and cabinets, a large fitted wardrobe with a set of drawers. An electronic security safe is permanently fitted for use by our guests. This can be programmed with your own security code.

The fully equipped and tiled en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, w.c., bidet, and wash basin with illuminated mirror. The second bedroom has twin beds also with a large fitted wardrobe with a set of drawers, bedside lights, mirror and a cabinet.

The apartment has great views over the pool and sea.

This spacious apartment is furnished to a high standard and consists of two bedrooms, the master with double bed, built in wardrobes, full en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace with amazing sea views.

This sunny apartment enjoys the sun all day and all evening. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

The apartment is wheelchair accessible but please note that there is a steep incline on the way up to the complex, which may not suit everyone.

The complex enjoys communal gardens and pools with a few sun loungers and panoramic views of the sea and mountains.

Please be aware that there is no life guard at the pools and that they may be subject to maintenance and seasonal closure.

An electronic key is available to access the two pools, one which can be seen from the balcony and the other is behind the front building seen from the balcony.

The garage space is underneath the building and is accessed by an electronic key and we have a reserved parking space for our guests. Please request this parking space if you are hiring a car. There is a lift to all floors.

Guests must ensure that they take out Insurance as we cannot accept any liability.

Bed linen and bathroom towels are supplied but not beach towels - Please bring you own. All utilities are included in the rent. Smoking is not allowed indoors but if you must smoke do so only on the outside balcony please. Any damage caused by smoking will be charged for. No pets allowed.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS AN INCLINE TO THE COMPLEX WHICH MAY NOT SUIT THE ELDERLY OR INFIRM.

The Costa del Sol region

Just head to the historic city centre and you will be within walking distance of Malaga's major attractions such as the Picasso Museum, the Broque Cathderal, the Arab fortress, with a double wall and three interior palaces and Malaga's recreation such as Paseo del Parque, restaurants, night-life, and more.

Fuengirola

The town of Fuengirola is located in the Spanish region of Andalucia on the Costa del Sol close to the tourist towns of Mijas and Benalmadena, making up altogether a magnificent tourist offer.

This is a self-contained resort where you'll find all your holiday needs met within easy reach of your accommodation. There are excellent shops and supermarkets with local handicrafts and fresh regional produce. The town of Fuengirola is just 20 minutes west of Malaga's international airport, and with good local train and bus services provide easy access to neighbouring resorts along this stretch of the Costa del Sol.

Visitors flock here to enjoy five miles of glorious sandy beaches served by all the essential requirements of the modern tourist - bars, restaurants, nightclubs, sports and entertainment. All this in complete contrast to the old Moorish castle which still dominates the area.

The beachfront is flanked by one of the longest promenades on the Costa del Sol which provides the perfect venue for the traditional Spanish "paseo", the popular past time of promenading with no particular destination in mind!

Next to the main resort area you'll find Los Boliches where the winding narrow streets and traditional whitewashed houses are a reminder of the way life used to be in Fuengirola. It's the locals of Los Boliches who organise one of Fuengirola's biggest fiestas of the year - the feast of the Virgen del Carmen on July 16th when an effigy of the virgin is taken out to sea followed by a flotilla of boats. Well worth seeing.

Apart from the general attractions of a tourist centre, Fuengirola offers a number of interesting venues such as the Roman baths at Torreblanca, the Arab castle of Suhayl, the Outdoor Museum exhibiting paintings by a variety of artists, the Yacht Harbour, Yacht Club, many fantastic golf courses, a large shopping complex and the bull ring.

The towns and cities of Ronda, Granada (The Alhambra), Sevilla, Cordoba, Jerez, Gibralta and Tangiers are all an easy drive for a day out (or maybe longer). Coach trips are available. The local train takes you to Malaga where you can catch a tourist train to Ronda and other areas. Please note that this may only be on offer during the summer months.

The area of Carvajal has a lovely Blue Flag beach and is quieter than many of the Fuengirola beaches. There are restaurants, bars and a supermarket near the beach. There is a railway station and bus stops nearby that take you up and down the coast and around Fuengirola for just a few euros.
