This apartment is perfectly located being close to the beach and the centre of Fuengirola. It is a clean, well set out apartment in the centre of a well kept town. The current owners use this apartment on a regular basis and treat it like home with all the facalities needed for you to enjoy.

The apartment would be excellent used as a base for a family beach and resort holiday, and with plenty of tourist attractions around the area you have too many reasons not to come! Apartment can be let out to small groups as well as groups up to 6/7 people. We have a restriction on groups of ages under 25, unless accomodated by parents. This is a residential block and we do respect the residents.

There are all the local historical towns, including Marbella, a centre of the glitz and glamour of the region with restaurants, bars and great night-life, Ronda, Seville a bit further afield and Malaga itself all within close distance.

It has air conditioning(or heating ) to the lounge/diner and main bedroom, a new kitchen with granite work top, Bosch oven and vitro ceramic hob and dishwasher.

There is a separate laundry room.

Both bathrooms are completely remodelled with new bathroom suite, modern lighting and tiling.

The master bedroom is fully en suite.

Other facilities include new furniture, cable TV with all main English channels and a CD player.

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is famous for two particular reasons: The Beaches and the Golf. The Costa is home to 85 golf courses currently, with more arriving every year. This makes the Costa del Sol perfect for Golf holidays throughout the year, especially when the weather is warm here during the British winter.

The beaches on the other hand are nigh on perfect, with the lovely soft sand relaxing everyone who comes here. They are a haven for all, with many, being on the Mediterranean, being some of the best beaches in the world and some of the cleanest. No wonder it attracts everybody year on year, as once you go, you know you will want to come back again.

That's not all though. The area is a well known for it's culture with the Historic towns around, and Gibraltar not far off, and well worth a visit to see the 'Rock' and all its Britishness in the warm climate of the Med. Gastronomy features highly as well, with the Malaga region being a great example of the cuisine of the country and justifiably well known for it.

Fuengirola

During the last year the town council have spent a lot of money improving the appearance of Fuengirola. They are particularly proud of the number of trees that have been planted and the work that has been done on the main square which is often used for public events especially during the fiestas of Spain

Fuengirola has a fabulous selection of Restaurants, Bars & Nightclubs. A well known area known as Fishers alley has some of the best selections of Restaurants and Bars you will ever come across. Restaurants & Bars from all different nationalities therefore there is a wide selection of food and drink. This area is only approx 2 minutes walk away from the apartment. There are several night clubs in Fuengirola and late bars to cater for everybody's taste. Although the apartment is located in the city centre it is situated in a quiet location where there is no noise at night. Location is ideal for families and couples as it is a well matured and pleasant area.

Close to the flats is a booking centre for Golf Courses and there are plenty within easy reach. Some of the finest golf courses on the costa del sol within in short distance to the apartment. If you wish to arrange your golf courses before your trip we can arrange this with a colleague of ours in Fuengirola which we can put you intouch with. "Great Apartment"

Not long back from an 8 night stay in this apartment. There was 4 adults and 4 young children in our group and plenty of room for everyone. We were even facilitated with an extra cot ! Lesley the lady who takes care of the apartment for the owner met us on our arrival and was very helpful. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need including lots of towels and linen . This property is close to everything ie few mins will take you to a beautiful beach, fab restaurants, plenty of good shops and supermarkets, bus station and train station. The water park which is a great day out is only a short bus ride away. The pool area is very pleasant and very quiet and relaxing to spend time at. The balcony has nice furniture to relax which overlooks the pool area. Fuengirola itself is a great location for a family holiday with plenty to do for everyone. Be sure to sample the sardines that are barbequed on the beach at the beach side restaurants !!

"Great location"

We loved this apartment. It was in a great location close to beach, restaurants bars and shops. It was very clean and really well equipped with lots of towels , kitchen utensils and equipment, 2 bathrooms , lovely sitting room with TV ( UK channels) and nice balcony. We would have rated it 'perfect' if it had two additional features -wifi internet and sun loungers for the pool area

Thank you for your kind comment on the apartment and location, i am delighted the apartment suited your needs, regarding the wifi it is currently being installed as a new item this year, regarding the chairs around the pool, this is the residents decision not to have them, and there is nothing i can do about this.

"Superb apartment in a great location made a fabulous holiday"

The apartment is in a great location - one block from the beach, 5 mins from the train station, the town centre and lots of lovely restaurants are within a short stroll. The balcony over looking the pool was a relaxing place to sit.

The owner was was friendly and helpful and the lady who looks after the apartment does a great job.

I hate to write a good review incase somebody books the apartment when I want to go back - I'm already planning next years trip!!

"Great apartment,highly recommended"

We have stayed in this apartment around 5 times as it is superb. The location is perfect being set about 1 block back from the beaches and slightly removed from the bars and clubs. It is set far enough away to be quiet at night but is still only a 2 minute walk to the nightlife. There is a supermarket directly opposite and the main shopping area is only a 3 minute walk. The apartment has everything you could need in it for your stay.The pool area is also fantastic. A taxi from the airport will cost about 25e but the train station directly from the airport is located about a 5 minute walk from the apartment.

The owner is very friendly and helpful and has a done a fantastic job with this apartment. We have already booked to go back again in September and will continue renting this apartment for as long as we visit Fuengirola.

"Excellent location"

Four friends who needed a rest after the party season and Notting Hill carnival found this apartment and location brilliant. The apartment is fully equipped, clean and comfortable. I would recommend this to friends. I would stay here again.

"Great Holiday, Great Apartment."

This is a very spacious apartment with all mod cons. Ideally placed 5 min walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and nightlife. Close to train and bus stations for easy access to other resorts. Beautiful pool area for those nice relaxing afternoons. The four of us had a great family holiday and would recommend it for anyone seeking a superb getaway.
Also the owner very helpful at all times before and during our stay.
Highly recommended.
