This sunny 2 bedroom rooftop modern beach penthouse apartment with a private large (50 square meters) roof terrace, offering fantastic sea views, is the ideal base whether you are seeking a relaxing beach holiday or a golfing holiday. You can count on approx. 320 days with sunshine per year! The Sierra Nevada ski resort is approx. 2 hours drive away! 5 minutes walking distance to the beach (70 m as the crow flies), offering a total of 8 km beach walk. Supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. Hi-speed WiFi internet 30Mbit/s free of charge. We will provide you with an info booklet that covers many tips and hints after booking with us.


Couples or families with children above the age of 5 who want a calm, near beach, relaxing holiday although the night-life in Fuengirola or Benalmadena is just a healthy walk / bus-ride away! People with severe mobility handicaps may find surroundings a bit "hilly".

There is a large private roof terrace (50 square meters), with 4 sun beds and an amazing view of the Mediterranean sea.


There are 2 good size swimming pools with well kept gardens featuring lawns and flowers.


There is a paddle tennis court by the side of the pool with free access. Rackets available in the apartment.


The apartment has its own underground private parking (space #3). The garage door is motorised conveniently.


Both bedrooms are provided with ceiling fans as well as A/C. For environmental reasons, there is a coin meter for the A/C giving 2 hours per 1 euro. 4 Euros will give you 8 hours of a cool night´s sleep. All rooms are cooled


- It is easy even though you decided not to rent a car! There is a train running between Carvajal/Fuengirola and Terminal 3 in Malaga Airport. Trip takes about only 20 minutes. There are 2 bus stops within a few hundred meters taking you into Los Boliches / Fuengirola or Benalmádena / Torremolinos.


A damage deposit applies that will be removed upon inspection at time of your check-out.

The Costa del Sol region

According to Wikipedia, this part of Spain unlike any other European coast line, remains green throughout the year. The mean yearly day temperature is above 23C. And even in January, there will be days exceeding 20C! The best part is perhaps that even in the months of July and August, the max day time temperatures seldom reach over 32C, thanks to the cooling breeze from the Mediterranean Sea. In short - a perfect climate!


Carvajal is situated on the border between Fuengirola and Benalmadena municipalities. The area is excellent if you want to enjoy calmness but still have easy access to night-life and shopping not far away, for instance by the local bus. Thanks to this location, the beach is cleaner and more spacious than that of Fuengirola. The beach also offers showers with fresh water, ideal after swimming in the salty waters of the Mediterranean.....

"A great place to stay!"
