This apartment is ideally located around just a 10 minute walk from the beach and just 300 metres from Caravajal train station from where you can travel on the coastal line to Malaga airport, which is across from the terminal building, so no need to hire a car. Also to Plaza Mayor, the cinema, restaurant and entertainment complex, and of course into central Fuengirola. Once in Fuengirola you can visit the many shops and restaurants, many of these can be found in the tourist part called Fish Alley. Also close by is the famous golf course of Torrequebrada.
Apartment consists of two bedrooms, master with en-suite bathroom access to the terrace with sea views. Second bedroom has twin beds. There is a separate guest shower room. The lounge dining area leads out onto the terrace. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and also has a useful utility area.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol has a wonderful climate - sunny and hot for the spring and summer months, and mild during the winter - the perfect year round holiday destination. Normall 300 days of sunshire every year. There is plenty to see and do - or just relax on the golden sands! Why not take a visit to nearby places of interest in Andalucia - Granada with the Alhambra Palace, Sevilla and its magnificent cathedral, or Ronda with its huge cliffs and spectacular drawbridge. Perhaps you like sport? Well, there are lots of watersports to try, and golf as well, across the Costa. You could aways catch the train from Carvajal and travel to Plaza Mayor, the cinema, restaurant and entertainment complex, and of course into central Fuengirola. Also close by is the famous golf course of Torrequebrada.Or if you just fancy lazing with a book soaking up the rays, taking a quiet dip, then heading out in the evening for a nice meal or to a few bars, the Costa del Sol has it all. It won't let you down!.
Fuengirola / Carvajal area
Fuengirola is a wonderful destination - vibrant and lively mixed with the laid back atmosphere of the Mediterranean. It has no end of restaurants and bars to choose from, whatever your tastes, and with miles of golden sandy beaches, it is the perfect place to soak up those rays of sunshine. You can climb up to the remains of the Moorish castle of Sohail, or find somewhere to scuba dive, take a trip to find dolphins on a glass bottomed boat, or take the kids to the zoo or the waterpark. You can also shop in the weekly market on Tuesdays, a very popular market in the Costa del Sol.
Travel by train to Benalmadena where you can enjoy Tivoli World - a "Disney Style" Amusement Park, take a cable car ride to the top of a mountain! or go to the ultra modern Marina area to see the Sea Life Aquarium and Selwo Marina (sealife outdoor Marina).
Fuengirola caters for all tastes and ages, you will never be hard pressed to find something to do, and if you want to stretch further afield, you can get a day trip to Gibraltar, Morocco, the caves in Nerja, Marbella, Malaga (Picasso Museum), Mijas, and other places of interest! Come and soak up the sun.
How to get there
Use various budget airlines to Malaga Airport where you can catch the train direct to Carvajal train station which is only 300 metres from the station Train every 30 minutes, takes 28 minutes, then 7 minutes walk (3 of them uphill).
Taxi about 35 euros.

The holiday was great and really nice place you have. We really like don juan residence, you can easy be a part of the people and really friendly.
We enjoyed our stay at your apartment and the Caravajal area which we found conveniently located for travel in the area of Costa del Sol.
Can I say on behalf of the girls we had a great time in the apartment 2 weeks ago, (August 2008) you have a lovely place there. Everything was as expected and better. I am happy to give references to other prospective renters if there's not too many of them!
