Set in an enviable location, away from the hustle and bustle of Fuengirola town, but with amazing views over the Mediterranean towards Africa, this 4 bedroom luxury townhouse is centrally located just 30 minutes from both Malaga airport and Marbella/Puerto Banus
The spacious luxury townhouse is built into the hillside at the top of a new development, which is built like a typical Spanish village in Torreblanca del Sol, just behind Fuengirola, 5 minutes from the blue flag beaches of the Costa del Sol. With a wide selection of 18 hole Golf Courses to choose from, including world class championship courses only a short journey from the townhouse.
A wide range of amenities are in the area, including world championship golf courses, theme parks, animal parks and water parks, theatres, shops, beaches, bars and restaurants, small Spanish villages, gorges, rivers, lakes, mountains and skiing all being available within about an hours drive, this has to be one of the best locations to base your Spanish holiday.
A wide number of UK airlines fly into Malaga airport several times per day from airports all over the UK, with flights taking about 2.5 hours, even short breaks are possible with low transfer times. The airport is about 25 minutes drive from the house, or 20 minutes by train (direct from airport to less than 5 minutes from the house). For less than 3euros each this is by far the cheapest and most convenient transfer.
Car hire is relatively inexpensive and is available from the airport, or from a number of local operators, we'd be happy to help you arrange something suitable.
Upon arrival at the development, take the first road on the left, around the top of the site, and turn into the driveway of number 15. If you can't spot the house, don't worry, it's beneath you as the drive is on the roof of the townhouse. From here, entry to the townhouse, is via the porchway where there is space for storing golf bags and suitcases etc
Make your way down the stairs and you will arrive on the first floor. Here you will find the family bathroom and 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom, is complete with full size en-suite bathroom, there is a kingsize bed (with good quality mattress), a built in wardrobe (with coat hangers) and shelves which at the top stores extra pillows and blankets. Situated at the front of the house, the French doors open onto a small balcony, which enjoys views over the Mediterranean. The bedroom next to this one, also at the front of the house has a day bed which pulls out to a full king size bed with good quality mattresses, a built in wardrobe and the window shows the views of the Mediterranean sea. The 2 bedrooms to the rear of the house, overlook the enclosed courtyard, one has a double bed, the other has twin beds.
When you make your way down the 2nd set of stairs, you will arrive into the hallway you will have a choice of rooms to access. At the front of the house, there is a spacious living/dining room, with plenty of room for 8 people to relax, watch DVD's or listen to music on the surround sound system or even play cards, dominoes or monopoly which are provided for your use in the living area, or sit and eat in the dining area, should you choose not to eat out at any one of hundreds of excellent restaurants to choose from in the Costa Del Sol. From the dining room, there is a door to access the kitchen directly (or you can enter the kitchen from the hall). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to cater for up to 8 people during your stay. There is another door from the kitchen that leads onto the rear enclosed courtyard. This courtyard offers complete privacy, and is a welcome addition to the house, providing both light and air to the rear rooms. There is a good flow of air throughout the house, and as such we have found that air conditioning isn't necessary.

The garden to the front of the townhouse not only offers space for relaxing in the sun, but also a private plunge pool 4x2m, perfect for cooling off during the usual hot weather experienced on the Costa Del Sol. Also on the roof is a patio set, ideal for evening meals in, under the stars, or for during the day and soaking up the sun.

The Andalucia region
Andalucia is well renowned for long sunny days, little rain and the best beaches. It is famous for it's golf courses, and hundreds are available within a short drive of the house. Soak up the sun, sea and sangria while relaxing in the Spanish atmosphere, eating at a delicious restaurant on the beach during the day, and doing tapa's at night around the Spanish bars. Drive up into the mountains and take a stroll around the famous Spanish white villages, or head to the mountains of Sierra Nevada to the snow!
The Costa Del Sol is famous for it's golf courses, and hundreds are available within a short drive of the house. More locally, the town of Fuengirola offer many markets, long sandy beaches, hundreds of restaurants and bars, water parks, cinema and excellent shopping. With so much to see and do, a week may not be long enough to enjoy everything on offer, whatever the weather.
Within 5 minutes walk from the house, you will find a local Spanish bar, offering excellent BBQ menu on Wednesday and Sundays, and a Pizza and Italian restaurant which also does takeaways and cocktails, they also sell essential groceries and freshly baked bread.
