This 1st floor apartment is located on the Lomas de Los Pacos development which was completed in 2005. The complex, which has electric gate entry and phone entry to the apartment, is located on the outskirts of Fuengirola in the increasingly popular village of Los Pacos. The apartment consists of 1 double bedroom with en-suite facilities and a twin bedroom with guest bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area which means the apartment can accommodate 6 people comfortably. Along with English tv channels there is a DVD player and a wide range of DVDs to watch. The apartment has a large terrace with patio furniture and 2 sunloungers. There is also an on-site gymnasium,sauna and laundry room

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol offers all year sunshine and is very popular not only with British tourists but also with people from many different European countries.
From its beautiful beaches - Fuengirola and Los Boliches alone boast 5 miles of golden sand - and the glorious award winning marinas to stunning inland villages and mountains, not to mention the world famous golf courses, the region offers a fantastically diverse range of activities.
For coast and beach lovers places such as Benalmadena, Duquesa and Sotogrande offer beautiful scenery as well as excellent restaurants and bars. For a real taste of luxury why not visit Puerto Banus with its multi-million pound yachts, top of the range cars and designer boutiques such as Dolce and Gabbana and Versace.
Slightly inland is the beautiful village of Mijas (which can be seen from the apartments kitchen window!). Places also well worth a visit are Ronda, with its stunning views or further afield Alhambra and its Palace.
Fuengirola / Los Pacos area
LOS PACOS Very well connected by recent improvements to road infrastructure, many people of all nationalities are buying homes and holiday homes in this area. With its own schools, sports facilities, shops, cafes and restaurants, it is becoming more and more popular, particularly for people with young families. There is a frequent bus service to Fuengirola town centre. All within a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
The beach, bars and restaurants of Los Boliches are a 5 minute drive from the apartment, with the centre of Fuengirola 10 minutes away by car.
Attractions in Fuengirola include:- Aqua Park, Zoo and Sohail Castle. A huge Market takes place in the Feria, which is also takes 5 minutes in the car, each Tuesday.
There are some excellent shopping centres with El Corte Ingles a 5 minute drive and the Miramar shopping centre and cinema 10 minutes along the main highway.
