About the home

This Luxury Penthouse Apartment is just a two minute walk from the beach.
There is easy access to all amenities including local supermarkets, shops, bars and many excellent restaurants.
The sun-soaked terrace has mountain views and is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The Penthouse can accommodate more than 10 guests (ask for details) and is an ideal place for families to get together.
The penthouse has it's own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for children.
The large terrace is furnished with sun-loungers, tables and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco and enjoy the last of the day's sun rays.
There is a large outdoor BBQ for the budding chef.

Fuengirola is a modern town offering visitors all kinds of entertainment facilities and a well equipped tourist harbour. There are 7 kilometers of beautiful beaches including the enchanting Playa de Los Boliches. Los Boliches is situated close to Fuengirola but has a more 'village' type atmosphere. It oozes charm, with its white-washed buildings, narrow streets and vast choice of bars & restaurants.

Los Boliches & the Airport are on the main electric rail-line from Malaga to Fuengirola. This is a great advantage for those who wish to have a relaxing holiday without having to drive.

The above prices are for a maximum of Ten guests. Extra guests are charged at an additional £50 per person per week.

Food Package: let us do the shopping for you so you have all the food and beverages you need ready waiting for you when you arrive. Price of the package: the cost of goods + £40 delivery service.

Bookings for less than 7 nights can be accepted as follows:

Up to 3 nights - 70% of the weekly rate

4 - 5 nights - 80% of the weekly rate

With your final payment we request a 'Refundable Breakages' deposit of £300 to cover any possible breakages/damages etc. For all Male/Female groups, the 'breakages' deposit is £500.

Within 2 weeks of your return from Spain, this will be returned to you, less any damages.
