Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment on the beachfront in the hugely popular area of Los Boliches! This apartment is right where everyone wants to be and is the optimum location, right next to Los Boliches main Beachfront Square, surrounded by all amenities, a short walk from Los Boliches Train Station (10 minutes) and directly opposite the amazing blue flag Fuengirola Beaches!

This apartment is perfect to enjoy a relaxing, self catering, beach front holiday offering space and comfort with a lovely terrace taking in Sea Views. It has been recently renovated in 2013 with a modern fully equipped kitchen, lovely lounge area with L-Shaped Sofa Bed and HD TV, new Air Conditioning Unit in the Lounge and stunning bedroom and bathroom areas! The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering breaks and you can get all fresh ingredients and food from the local shops right next to the community.

The apartment is right on the seafront and just a short walk of around 8 minutes to/from Los Boliches Train Station which is linked directly to Malaga Airport meaning you can save on taxis/car hire and also have access to Fuengirola Town in minutes! The popular towns of Benalmadena & Torremolinos are also easy to visit via the train service, making this location even more attractive!

In the evening you can take a short stroll to one of the many seafront restaurants or beach bars in Los Boliches (2 virtually opposite the apartment!), Torreblanca or Fuengirola Town ("Fish Alley", as it is known locally, is the main Restaurant and Bar strip in Fuengirola and only around 20 minutes walk away along the flat and lovely Promenade!). There is a huge choice to eat out - you would have to visit each year for many years to try all the good ones!

This one bedroom beachfront apartment has 2 terraces, one facing west and the other east, meaning you can sit in the sun virtually all day. Certainly possible by popping down to the fantastic pool and garden area!

The Costa del Sol region

The Costa del Sol is on Spains Southern Coast and hugely popular with tourists due to the number of days per year it gets sun and the warm winter climate.

The major towns on the Costa del Sol surrounded Malaga (the closest Airport to all our properties) are Fuengirola, Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Marbella, Puerto Banus. Then of course there is Malaga City itself which is stunning!

There are many beautiful places to see and visit within 5 - 60 mins drive of Fuengirola (where our properties are), such as: Mijas, Ronda, "The Alhambra" in Granada, Malaga City, Nerja, Puerto Banus, Marbella Old Town & even Gibraltar!

For families there are loads of attractions: 2 x Aquaparks 1 in Fuengirola and the other in Torremolinos; Fuengirola Zoo "BioParc"; Selwo Marina Benalmadena (Dolphin Shows); Sea Life Centre Benalmadena Port; Tivoli Amusement Park (Arroyo de la Miel); Selwo Aventura (Estepona) and much more including beach watersports and Go-Karting Circuits!

Fuengirola

Los Boliches is a suburb of Fuengirola, hugely popular and a fantastic location for beach holidays. Lots of restaurants, a train station meaning hire cars are not required (linked to Malaga Airport) and a good nightlife with some fantastic bars.

The beaches are golden and sandy and line the "Paseo Maritimo del Rey" Promenade, which is a beautiful flat walk with the Mediterranean as a backdrop!

"A great apartment in a lovely part of Spain.. The perfect holiday :-)"

I wanted to go on a fairly cheap holiday to Spain but couldn't work out where to go. This apartment was recommended to me and im so glad we decided to go as it was lovely.
Los Boliches couldn't be easier to get to from Malaga airport; you just jump on a train, which costs 2.60euro, so much cheaper than a transfer. I worried about this train journey thinking I couldn't do it, but it really couldn't have been any easier. At the station they have machines to get your tickets that can be changed to English by the click of a button. There are only two ways to go on the train line, Malaga Central or Fuengirola, choose Fuengirola and you will be at Los Boliches in about half an hour. The stops are read out on the train so there is no way of missing it. Once we got off the train a quick walk down to the beach, turn left and within 5/10 minutes of walking you are at the apartments.
The apartments are only 4 floors high so they stand out against the tall hotels around them. From the outside they look ok, but don't be fooled, once you are in this apartment it is so nice. Modern, clean, spacious, everything you need for a great holiday base. The most important thing for me is a comfy bed and you defiantly get that! The two balconies are a massive plus as you practically get the sun all day. Most of the apartments in the complex seem to be residents, which is great, as you don't get the noisy holidaymakers! I really couldn't complain about anything in this apartment and will defiantly be going back again. Wifi was 30euros for the week, which if you are anything like us is defiantly worth it, it even works whilst sitting out by the pool! The pool is very simple, it doesn't have sun beds but the apartment has seats you can take out and as its grass its fine to just lay on your towel.
If you walk out the apartments you are on the beach! Sunbeds are 8euros for two for a whole day which I didn't think was that bad. There are more restaurants than you could possibly eat in varying from traditional Spanish food to Indian, Italian, Mexican, Thai, Chinese and of course the good old English food that you are bound to get on the Costa del Sol!
Fuengirola is about 15 minute walk along the seafront and has a lovely eco zoo, personally we didn't rate Fuengirola itself as was very commercialised but im sure others would love it.
One day we took a train into Malaga Central, it takes about 40 minutes and is 7euro per person return. This is a gorgeous place to go with lots of museums; we went to the Picasso museum defiantly worth a visit, and loads of other things to do.

All in all this was a great holiday, Los Boliches is lovely and the apartment is perfect all you need for that week break in the sunshine!
