There are 5 bedrooms, 2 are studio type with their own kitchenette area, bathroom and TV, Ideal for large families or friends holidaying together. Huge terraces with lovely views from lounge and front bedrooms.
Fuengirola is a perfect family destination with lots of excellent children's activities 'right on the doorstep'. There is a huge range of restaurants, with set menus from 5 € per head right up to select gastronomy for that special celebration. For those looking for evening entertainment there are numerous bars and clubs. There really is something for everyone.The beach at Torrreblanca is wide and clean and one of the best in the area.

Pool level has self contained apartment with twin bedroom, small lounge with double sofa bed, kitchenette and shower room.
Also on pool level, main house with double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and small bedroom with bunk beds.
Upper level has large lounge with dining area for 6, kitchen, w.c. and balcony, to the side, large terrace with dining for 14 and leading out to BBQ area.

Due to the high maintenance costs, the villa is only booked on a minimum of a week basis but we are happy to accept bookings of any combination of days or weeks after this.
Should you require additional cleaning or laundry or maid service during your stay it is vital that u let us know at the time of booking and this service is very popular and will need to be scheduled.
In order to secure your dates you will be required to pay a deposit of 25% of the booking fee.

The Costa del Sol region
Spain's `sunshine coast' is one of Europe's favourite holiday destinations. With an average of 320 days of blue sky annually, it is perfect as a summer holiday or as a winter destination for golfers, walkers and those wishing to pursue out -door activities. Families are particularly well catered for, with myriad attractions, restaurants and of course miles of beaches. Children are not just tolerated but welcomed by the friendly Spanish people.
Despite the march of development, the area still has the ambience of Andalucía, the most `Spanish' of all regions and you do not have to venture far from your holiday home to encounter local ferias, fiestas and romerias - the scent of Jasmine is in the air, inexpensive wine is flowing freely- come and enjoy!
The Fuengirola / Torreblanca area
Fuengirola is the most family orientated of all the Costa Del Sol resorts. Its main attraction is the big safe sweep of beach with restaurants and bars catering for families on holiday. The Moorish castle Castillo de Sohail rebuilt in the 18th Century dominates the western end of the town and makes a great back drop with gardens complete with Roman ruins running down to the beach. In the old part of the town bars and restaurants are clustered around the Plaza de La Constitution which is lively in the evenings.
Fuengirola Zoo is the most modern in Spain and is a great day out that shouldn't be missed by children or adults. From May to September, children will love Parque Aquatico with great slides and watery attractions for both older and younger children
The pretty white village of Mijas, a 10 minute drive up the mountain is well worth a visit for its splended views and attractive winding streets with their flower bedecked patios and craft and arts shops and the famous donkey 'taxis' .
Another excellent nearby attraction is the Cable car at Arroyo de Miel, fantastic views, a show of Spanish horsemanship and a show of Birds of Prey which they fly in the thermals above the hill weather permitting, and donkey riding.

We stayed in this Villa in September 2010. the Villa was fantastic, loads of space and as there was a few of us we felt we were not ontop of each other. The rooms were all very spcaious and the pool area was fantastic. Outside the main sitting room area( which was very spacious), there was a great BBq area with a hugh table sitting upto 12 people plus. The local shop was only a five minute walk away with a choice of an English pub and Irish pub! ( Also the train stop was here aswell which took you down the Costa del sol coast) .The Villa itslef was fantastic (very clean and well kept)and I would defintly recommend it to anyone !!! |
