Wonderful Mediterranean Sea views from sunny west facing balcony our Ronda 3 apartment. The balcony is private and furnished with comfortable recliners from which to soak up the sun. A real sun trap all afternoon until sunset.

The Ronda 3 apartment is popular all year round due to its sunny balcony and beachfront location on the lovely Los Boliches beach as well as the large swimming pool and gardens.

The lounge is well furnished with sliding double glazed patio doors to the balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The bedroom has twin beds or super-king, fitted wardrobes and patio doors to the balcony. Fitted bathroom, full bath with shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a washing machine.

This is a great property for those wanting a relaxing beach holiday. The apartment ideally suits a couple or two adults as the beds can made up as twins or a super-king.

There are plenty of good, reasonably priced restaurant all along the PASEO MARITIMO and many trendy bars offering live entertainment in the evening.

Our one bedroom apartment is bright, spacious and fully equipped with absolutely everything you need for a self-catering holiday.

The kitchen is modern and fully fitted with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster. There is a washing machine in the apartment.

The lounge is well furnished and has a flat screen TV with all your usual channels including BBC, ITV, Sports channels and lots more. There is a large comfortable sofa with chaise as well as a dining table and 4 chairs.

The bedroom has a super-king bed or twins if preferred and lots of wardrobe space, chest of drawers and chair. 100% cotton sheets and plenty fluffy white towels. Beach towels are also provided. The bathroom is fully fitted with bath/shower, washbasin and toilet.

On the balcony there is a table, parasol and 4 chairs (2 of which are recliners) with magnificent views of the Mediterranean sea and surrounding area.

The Ronda 3 complex has its own large swimming pool and there well-kept gardens for those who prefer to sunbathe by the pool, however there are no sunbeds around the pool. Paddle tennis courts are located behind the pool area together with recently renovated restaurant with indoor and outside bar area. The beach directly in front of the Ronda 3 building has soft golden sand with sunbeds and parasol which are available for hire throughout the year.

There are 2 mini-markets close by and a wider range of shops on the Los Boliches High Street. Just behind Los Boliches train station is El Corte Ingles and the well-stocked food hall.

Our Ronda 3 apartment is situated on Los Boliches beach, Fuengirola. The beach is wide and clean and very well lit at night - for that evening stroll.

There are many Spanish beach bars dotted along the beach where you can enjoy delicious seafood or sip a glass of sangria or beer. With 5 miles of promenade on your door step its ideal for your morning walk - why not walk towards Fuengirola Castle passing the Marina.

For INTERNET access many of the cafes and beach bars along the seafront offer Wi-Fi - so for the price of a coffee or cool beer you can log-on and check your e-mails. Optional Internet access is available in the apartment for a small additional cost..

Bed linen - 100% cotton sheets and throws in summer months and blankets or duvets in winter, bathroom towels and bathmats are all provided. Beach towels are also provided. There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

The apartment will be available from 2pm on arrival day, if you have an early flight I will always do my best to have the apartment ready sooner. The apartment is to be vacated by 11am on departure day unless other arrangements have been agreed in advance.

Travel insurance is recommended and it is advisable to being your EHIC card.

The Andalucia region

Costa del Sol's mild climate, clean beaches and friendly atmosphere, makes it a top tourist destination; it's hot in summer, warm in winter - in fact perfect to visit any-time of the year. There are plenty of water sport, restaurants, shopping and attractions on offer.

Malaga is a fascinating place to visit and I would advise taking a day trip, there are many interesting places to visit. A good way to get to know Malaga is to take the open-top turist bus. The Picasso Museum, Botanical Gardens and the Roman Theatre are all worth visiting. Take the train from Los Boliches station, a short walk from the apartment, direct to Malaga, passing the Airport on the way.

Mijas is a must visit too, facing the sea at an altitude of 425m, it is a picturesque mountain town, perfect to visit during the day or in the evening when you will have a wonderful view of Fuengirola. Easy to get there from the Bus station in Fuengirola.

Sierra Nevada mountain range is less than 2 hours away - why not ski in the morning and sun-bathe in the afternoon - it's possible from mid-December to end of March when the ski-resort is open.

For the more adventurous - there are many day trips on offer - Gibraltar only 1 hour drive away, duty free shopping or go sight-seeing, a great day out. Granada, Seville, Ronda or take the fast ferry to Tangiers, all just suggestions of the many things to do if you want a change from sun-bathing.


Fuengirola is extremely family friendly and the Aqua Park is a great day out for all the family. Also the local Zoo, recently renamed Bio Parc Fuengirola is well worth a visit, located just behind the New Town Hall in Fuengirola

The beautiful PASEO MARITIMO stretches from the Fuengirola Castle to Torreblanca and is over 5 miles in length - great for walking, jogging or cycling. For the not quite so fit there are lots of benches and beach bars where you can stop and watch the world go by.

Fuengirola was originally a small fishing village but now is a busy town and caters for all nationalities. For shopping in Fuengirola you can find most of the high street shops like Zara, Pull and Bear and many good shoe shops. In the evening the shops are open until around 9pm. All the street around the Seafront and the Church Square are full of restaurants and bars.

"Home from Home with extras"

Jenny was a perfect host from the outset of enquiry to booking our holiday for my husbands 70th birthday with our 4 children & their families (17 in all) as she recommended Ronda 4 for our children to stay when we were at her apartment in Ronda 3.Nothing is too much trouble to her, even a rendition of Happy Birthday plus a bottle of champagne on the morning of my husbands birthday, THANKYOU. The apartment is spotless, with plenty supply of towels & bed linen for our 3wks stay, though the washing machine washandy. A welcoming hamper of basic kitchen needs in place so you can have a nice cuppa or beer when you arrive.Jenny thinks of everything you need on your hols and is ready available to anything you may find she hasnt thought of. Loved it so much, we are trying to work another holiday there to celebrate my 65th birthday next year. The apartment has spectacular views day or night when a thunderstorm at sea occurs! It has access by 3 lifts that are all maintained daily, so you will never have to climb those stairs!!!! The pool & gardens with sunshades also daily maintained, thou no sunbeds only towels to sunbathe on. Garbage disposal readily available on seafront or collected each evening at set time for you. Supermarkets handy as are bars and restaurants to enjoy delicious meals at reasonable prices. Buses & trains near at hand for you to enjoy other towns, though with the beach across the road you might not want to go far afield anyway!!!!

"An absolute find"

This is the third year I have stayed in this Ronda Three apartment. The situation of the apartment is on the sea front. The apartment as everything you need for a Self Catering Holiday and more. Jenny and Jimmy who own the apartment are wonderful and nothing is too much trouble and they are on hand if you need them. Better than any holiday rep. The apartment is always spotless and its lovely.

"Fantastic Apartment with wonderful views"

We have stayed in this Apartment 3 times and have NEVER been disappointed.
We always receive a very warm and friendly greeting from Jenny who is the owner and she is always on hand should you need her.
The attention to detail in the fully equiped Apartment is second to none with everything you could possibly need, and more besides, and with lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom and absolutely wonderful bedding.
