Home description
This very spacious apartment is only 3 years old and offers excellent accommodation at a very affordable price. It sleeps up to 7 people with 2 double bedrooms and one triple bedroom with single bed and bunk beds. There are 2 fully fitted bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower.
The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto a very large terrace overlooking the tennis court and swimming pools.
The second bedroom is furnished with one single bed and 2 bunk beds - an ideal room for children or teenagers. It also has built in wardrobes.
The third bedoom is furnished with double bed and has fitted wardrobes.
The lounge diner is furnished with black leather sofas and also has patio doors leading onto the terrace, which has a large patio table and 6 chairs. UK satellite tv.
The bright, modern kitchen is fully tiled and fitted with washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, iron and board.
The apartment has several fans and a humidifier. Cot and highchair are available @ €2 per day (paid locally) if requested.
Linen and towels are provided, with linen change for 2 week stays.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol region is renowned for its long sunny days and has magnificent beaches and mountain views. Within the immediate vicinity there are numerous excellent golf courses, watersports, horseriding, theme parks, shopping centres, restaurants, one fo the best zoos in Europe, a world class marina, a casino, a racecourse and stunning mountain villages. Whatever your tastes, there is something for everyone.
Fuengirola / Torreblanca area
Torreblanca is situated on the outskirts of the bustling town of Fuengirola, and is suitable for those who prefer a quieter, more relaxing holiday. The beautiful sandy beach tends to be less crowded than the busy beach in central Fuengirola, which is only 5km away. You can walk into Fuengirola along the magnifcent promenade or take the bus, which stops just outside the complex.
There are several very good restaurants, cafes and bars within walking distance of Monte Canada and many more just a short taxi ride away.
In nearby Fuengirola there is an Aquapark, an excellent zoo, quad bikes for hire, boat trips and plenty of clothes and shoe shops for the ladies. Also close by is the stunning white village of Mijas pueblo, famous for its donkey taxis, the magnificent Tivoli World theme park at Benalmadena, or you can take a day trip to the rock of Gibraltar.

Car hire is not necessary but the complex is situated on a hill so it is advised for the elderly or infirm. There is a very good taxi service at reasonable rates.
