This luxury penthouse apartment consists of three bedrooms, the master with Double bed and full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed and a sofa bed all have built-in wardrobes. On the ground floor there is also a separate guest shower room. The south facing master bedroom and second bedroom have patio doors which lead on to the upper floor secluded terrace, which is ideal for sunbathing. The south facing master and second bedrooms have air conditioning/heating units.

A large open plan lounge area leads onto the large terrace for spectacular sea views over Fuengirola bay and has the facilities to seat up to 7 people. The lounge is air conditioned and features a 42" plasma SKY TV and is fully furnished to a very high standard it is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The dining area is located within the open plan lounge and has seating for 7 people. The immaculate kitchen has all the facilities (fridge freezer, washing machine) to offer a choice of home cooking on the large terrace or eating out at the huge variety if restaurants nearby

The Andalucia region

The Costa del Sol stretches along 150km of Málaga province and is one of Spain's most popular tourist destinations, with its wide sweeps of golden sand. The area has a wonderful climate, sunny and hot for the spring and summer months, and mild during the winter - the perfect year round holiday destination.

The area is famous for its hundreds of beaches to be enjoyed along this coast, from quiet, hidden coves to trendy stretches of sand with fashionable beach clubs populated by celebrities and beautiful people from all over the world.

One of the most popular pastimes on the Costa is golf, there are over 50 golf courses in the area, with stunning mountain and clifftop locations, offering spectacular views over the area's varied landscapes, and down to the sea.

Due to the launch of the "fast train" Madrid,Barcelona and Granada are all within a few hours from Malaga railway station.


Young people, children and older people are guaranteed to have a good time in Fuengirola. Even just walking around its streets is a delightful experience. Moorish architectural & economical legacy, along with Fuengirola's own style and the Mediterranean sea makes wondering in its streets a pure pleasure.

Children's parks, citytours in the tourist train, the water park, romantic rides in horse-drawn carriages, different cruises, cinema complexes, a karting circuit, lively nigth-time areas, and even horseracing at the Costa del Sol Racecourse makes Fuengirola one of the best holiday choices.

Fuengirola has many festivals during the year, just like the fair which takes place in October, starting with a bang on the 6th with a huge fireworks display. Over the last 20 or so years the feria has increased in size and is now one of the most important fairs on the coast. It is held on the purpose built fair ground, on the road between Fuengirola and Los Boliches. It is roughly equidistant from Fuengirola and Los Boliches train stations and the fair ground can be seen from the train

Los Pacos is a suburb of Fuengirola and is s small quiet village which has local amenities, which include many fine restaurants and tapas

Los Boliches where there is a long sandy beach is only 20 minutes walk away, Los Boliches which for many years was a small fishing village and many events still take place to commemorate their early beginnings, over the years the village and grown into an excellent holiday resort being able to cater for the young and not so young.

Shopping is an experience of the old and new, local markets on Tuesday and is only minutes walk to the beach and all local amenities, which include many fine restaurants and tapas bars.

Saturday and high class shops in many old streets off the paseo.

"Mis mejores vacaciones en el Sur"

Mis amigos y yo estamos absolutamente encantandos con nuestras vacaciones en la casa. Las habitaciones, la piscina y el gimnasio fueron lo mejor! Desayunar en la terraza con estas vistas no tiene precio. Volveremos!!

"Beautiful penthouse relaxing enviroment"

Excellent penthuse to stay in to recharge your batteries in a tranquill and relaxing enviroment.
My husband and i enjoyed the full spanish flavour of the local surroundings and beautiful views from the balcony .
Penthouse is equipped with everything you need to enjoy you hoilday alredy planning when we can go again with our new addition to our family.
