This apartment is furnished to a good standard in contemporary style. Located in the beautiful old part of the town centre, in a popular orange tree lined street called Calle Nueva. One minute walk to the beach front with a great range of cafes, restaurants, bars, shops, etc. It's perfect for people who want to be in town, by the beach and near to the shops but in a quieter area with more character. Ideal for couples,2 or 3 friends, older people or young families (of 3 people).
We have added unlimited internet connection -free wi-fi or with wire as preferred- and a telephone for incoming calls. Satellite TV with English TV. There are ceiling fans in every room for the summer and heaters for the winter. We offer a few welcome essentials such as water, tea, coffee, bread, milk, butter and jam for your arrival.
At the end of the street, on the right, there is a lovely sunny square (Plaza Yate) with no traffic, where you find some understated restaurants and a fantastic coffee shop selling the best 'churros con chocolate'. Behind the apartment street, there is another square (Plaza Picasso) with another couple of restaurants and a little playground.
The town hall with its large grounds and play park/playground/outdoor gym area is just 4 mins walk and there is free Wi-fi and a coffee/restaurant to enjoy some tapas. The apartment is very close to the new trendy area - Plaza de los Chinorros - pedestrianised streets and a square with upmarket bars and restaurants.
The beach by the house is very wide with sun loungers for hire or for bringing your towels too. On the side there is a lovely little wooden boat with a slide, fantastic for children to play with the sand, etc. It is situated very close to Fuengirola's main Church Square (Plaza de la Constitucion- 5 mins). Moments away from the trendy and upmarket bars behind the big post office. The main train and bus stations are about 10 minutes walk, ideal for travelling to local villages such as traditional Mijas Pueblo, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Malaga with its now world famous Picasso Museum.
The apartment sleeps 4 in total but we only let it to couples or a maximum of 3 people. There is one master double bedroom (2 people) and a smaller bedroom (sleeps 1 comfortably or -2 people squezed). Contains a small open plan kitchen and a bright beautiful lounge. The apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a little 3 story building and it has a lift. Situated by the old part of the town centre. Third line from the beach, everything is within walking distance.
The Fuengirola Zoo is no more than 10 mins walk from the apartment and it's a great place for a day trip. There is a small park with a good playground for toddlers and older children with a fantastic cafe (Wi-Fi hotspot) by the Town Hall, about 4 mins walk.

The apartment has two very small balconies with French doors that open to the beautiful orange tree-lined street of Calle Nueva.
For the winter season, there is a heater for every room in the apartment, making it nice and warm in the evenings when it gets a bit cold, usually there is no need to use them in the day.

The biggest pool is the wide sea and beach two mins walk away!
Smoking in the balcony is fine.
The Costa del Sol region
Fuengirola is a relatively big town in the Costa del Sol with a long beach (about 5 kms). The promenade is wide with a cycling track and monuments are found along it. It has a marina, very popular with the English and it has a typical old town part with lots of beautiful narrow streets full of orange trees and traditional shops and cafes. This is where the apartment is set. Fuengirola has a little old Castle, about 15 mins walk from the house, to the right, a tourist site.
There are buses to take you to Mijas Pueblo (lovely village nearby), to Marbella, Puerto Banus, etc, and trains to go to trendy Malaga town centre with the famous Picasso Museum.
The apartment is located in Calle Nueva, off Calle Cuesta, opposite Calle Palangreros, near Calle Marbella. In the town centre, 5 minutes walk away from the Plaza de la Constitucion (beautiful church square in Fuengirola with some nice cafes, a fountain and shops around it). Situated 2 minutes to the beach and promenade.
There are 2 great squares by the apartment, one behind - Plaza Picasso, with a toddlers playground, just 1 min walk from the house. The other square is Plaza Yate, enclosed beautiful area with some cafes and restaurants, very convenient with children as no traffic. It is conveniently located for the square behind the Post Office- pedestrianised area with new trendy bars and restaurants like Casa Colon, etc.
The Fuengirola Biopark (little nature park/zoo) is no more than 10 min from the apartment, a great place for everyone or to take the kiddies for a day trip. There is a park on the way there by the new current town hall with a playground which is fantastic for toddlers and older kids too. There is a cafe there with reasonable priced drinks and food providing a WiFi hot spot.
There is a very big open market every Tuesday selling food and new clothes, shoes, gifts, souvenirs, etc. There is also a flea market on Saturdays in the same location, about 20 mins walk from the house.
There is a Cultural fair in May and a general food/attractions fair in October in the market area.
There is a carousel for children or older ones 5 min walk from the apartment along the beach front (on the opposite side), walking in the direction of the train station.

"An Excellent Apartment just off the beaten track."
Situated right in the heart of Fuengirola, but in a quiet location on the back streets of the busy town, within very easy walking distance (literally 3mins) of the sea front, also there are lots of choice of great places to eat nearby. We had a very relaxing week, and would happily visit again.

I was delighted with this town apartement as my parents were with me. My mother can,t walk very far so great as it on the first floor asn there is a lift. Also the beach only few minutes walk away and all on the flat.. We love shops so just had to walk round the corner to get into the town centre brill!!!
We also walked to the bus station and got a bus to Mijas so cheap 1.50 Euros. The apartement was clean and had everything you should need. Olga was great she picked us up from the airport and left us back. Thes things made the holiday completley stress free which is fantastic,all in all I would highly reccommend.

"well appointed central apartment in old town of Fuengirola"
Eneida was very efficient in sorting out our booking for her apartement. The apartment was clean, well equipped and situated in a beautiful tree lined quiet road near to everything you would need- shops, restaurants, beach etc. Nearby is the wonderful Church Square with bars to sit at and people watch and not far from fish alley with a host of good restaurants. As we ate out nearly every evening the small kitchen area was not an issue for us. Would book this apartment again.

My partner and I visited this apartment in Spring and found it to be very comfortable with every facility that we required. It is clean and in very good condition, besides being provided with an adequate well-equipped kitchen and cosy sleeping accommodation. The location is very central and convenient for everything including the beach, the town shops and public transport. We rented a small car quite cheaply and used it to visit some of the interesting places like Granada. Although the street outside is traffic-free, it was not difficult to park near to the apartment. We would certainly visit it again and have no doubts abut recommending it to anybody looking for a charming, comfortable and conveniently situated holiday retreat.

A brilliant location, lovely apartment all facilities where to our needs, I grew up in Fuengirola and this is one of the best locations to be in. Please visit the churros and chocolate bar in Plaza yate at the end of the street through to the square and also for fantastic typical spanish food visit pena Juanito also in the square. "Modern decor, Clean, Good Location"
Very clean, modern apartment in a quiet street just off the main restaurant area at ngiht; so you get the best of both worlds. Very central for shopping and beach, nearby the zoo.
Apartment had all the facilities required. Bedding and towels new and clean. Best holiday rental apartment we have been too and would definately go back.

The flat surpassed all our expectations, we found it to be very well equipped to cater for all of our needs during our stay, this ranged from the well equipped kitchen down to the smallest details, such as mats for the dining room table along with a range of books to choose from should we have left or finished our own.
There was an information pack, which showed where the local corner shop was, the directions to the nearest supermarket and recommended restaurants should we have wished to eat out.
The flat is ideally situated near to the beach and is within easy walking distance of the railway and bus stations, which allowed us to easily visit further afield during our stay.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this flat to friends and relatives.
