The apartment is fully equipped with good taste and is distributed as follows: Large livingroom with access to the porch and garden, fully equipped kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms with fitted wardrobes (to accommodate 5 people) and a bathroom. Master bedroom with access to the porch and garden. Ample storage for luggage. Bright apartment with sunny garden. South orientation with partial sea views.
Very well maintained community with pool, garden and parking if you have a car.

Casablanca is located in Torreblanca at the eastern end of Fuengirola. It is in a quiet location in a private gated community, but is only a 5 min walk from the blue flag beach and a range of waterfront restaurants and bars. Fuengirola town centre is 5 mins by train and Torreblanca station is a 2 min walk from the apartment. This also provides a direct link to Malaga airport which is 27 mins away. Fuengirola is a thriving resort with appeal for all age groups. It has great beaches, hundreds of restaurants & bars to cater for all requirements, a wide range of shops, a twice weekly market & dozens of nightclubs for those looking for the nightlife. For the children there is an aquapark & zoo in town & an amusement park and sea life centre in neighbouring Benalamadena. Marbella, Malaga, Mijas and Porto Banus can all be reached by car in 30 mins. Ronda, Gibralter & the lakes of El Chorro are also easily accessible by car or excursion & there are a range of golf courses along the coast.

A deposit of 50% is required to be paid at the time of booking in order to secure the booking. The balance to be paid at the arrival date. A security deposit will be required of 300€ against breakages, the return of the key and the flat being clean and tidy at the end of the holiday.
Towels and bedlinen are provided but no beach or pool towels. Maid service is available if you wish to pay for a mid-holiday clean.
Smoking is allowed in the garden.
The flat is cared for by someone who lives in the complex who is available to answer any queries. We may take pets - please enquire.

How to get to the apartment?
1º Airport collection can be arranged at 35 euros however for those arriving during the day there is a direct train link from the airport to Torreblanca at around 2 euros per person and 25 min journey.
2º From the Airport by Train:
Crossing the bridge that connects the airport terminal to the train station. The train runs every 30 minutes. Take the train to Fuengirola, and get off at Torreblanca. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the station.

Stayed here for a month in February lovely clean apartment, garden and barbecue, Owner extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble, near all amenities with railway 5 minute walk, supermarket just down the road stocking everytjhing you will need. English Pubs nearby, and many Spanish and English bars and Restaurants on seafront only a short walk away, Central for Malaga and Fuengirola, and Los Boliches all within walking distance on Seafront or short journey on the train which was spotless and very reasonable price, |
