About the home

First floor, 2 bedroom apartment, situated on the beach front in Fuengirola. The beach is only seconds away. Few minutes walk from the town centre, bars, restaurants and shops, comfortable open plan lounge/dining room, satellite TV showing the ‘free to air’ channels, two twin bedded rooms, a fully fitted kitchen, a tiled bathroom and toilet.

Sliding doors lead out onto the balcony, which overlooks beach and Mediterranean Sea.

Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be taken out of the apartments.
Apartments may not be ready for occupation before 4 p.m.

Booking Terms and Conditions.

* A 30% non refundable deposit secures the booking.
* Full balance of payment must be made 6 weeks prior to holiday commencement.
* A £50.00 (150.00 Euro) deposit is required with final payment, this is held against damage and breakages, and is fully refundable via bank transfer on inspection of apartment after departure.
* No groups considered, when all members of the party are under 30 years of age.
* If due to circumstances beyond our control the accommodation booked becomes unavailable coincidental with the clients scheduled time of residence we will do everything within our power to offer the client alternative accommodation to the same or of a similar specification. If this cannot be met a full refund will be made.
* All clients must have adequate holiday and personal medical insurance, which can be arranged, if the client elects to arrange his/her own cover we request the name of the insurer and the policy no.
* Any accident of whatever nature that occurs within the booked accommodation for whatever reason is the responsibility of the respective client, not agent or the owner.
* No Pets

4 weeks deposit plus 40%
2 weeks deposit plus 60%

Excursions can be booked at the coach station a short walk away and include trips to the beautiful Seville, the historic Grenada or The Rock of Gibraltar, to name but a few.
There is plenty to see and do around Fuengirola.
The beaches are clean and safe, with all the water sports you would expect from a holiday resort.

Golf courses are in abundance, with Miraflores, La Cala and Alhaurin & Mijas Golf only 15 mins away by car.

For adults and children alike a visit to Fuengirola Zoo, at dusk they change the animals from daytime to nocturnal or the Aqua Park with kamikaze slide and entertainments is a must.
Tivoli World, is a small theme park a short distance away in Benalmedena, you can catch the local train which drops you off at the entrance to both Tivoli World and the Cable Car.
The Crocodile Park, Dolphin World and another Aqua park are in nearby Torremolinos

The white villages of Andalucía are probably most people’s idea of a traditional Spanish village. Perched upon a hill side with picturesque with the small villas divided by narrow alleys and streets. A short bus ride takes you to Mijas, where you can take a donkey ride through the little village streets.

Fuengirola is only twenty minutes from Malaga airport, and the local train station provides easy access to such popular nearby resorts as Torreblanca, Arroyo de la Miel and Torremolinos.
Fuengirola is an ideal location for a family holiday. From the apartment, bars, restaurants and shops are on your doorstep and the train and bus stations, where you can book various excursions and tours, are only minutes walk away from the apartment.
There is a new promenade with palm trees, colourful flowerbed’s and bench seating to take in the atmosphere. The beaches hold a European blue flag. Fuengirola has wide and varied entertainments and restaurants to choose from from Andalucian traditional tapas to local fish restaurants to the British Fry-up's. There is no shortage of things to do for holidaymakers in Fuengirola, ranging from such family fun activities as the Aqua Park, a trip to the zoo, a ride around town on "the little train" or on a horse-drawn carriage, right through to a host of water sports.
