This apartment has a large furnished balcony with lovely sea views. Shared large rooftop pool with kiosk area. It is ideal for up to 5 persons..2 adults + 3 children. An attractive fully equipped air conditioned/ centrally heated 7th floor 2 bedroomed apartment which has a Lounge [tv] , with open style kitchenette, 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes 2 bathrooms with shower and bath and wc, 1 washing machine , wash basins.

Situated in the heart of Fuengirola with sea front and fine golden sandy beaches on its doorstep [ narrow road between the apartment and the Marina, Beach, and Sea. The nearest Golf course is 10 mins drive away with many other golf courses within 30 mins drive.Car is unnecessary-- most amenities are a short walk away. Surrounded by cafes, bars, restaurants [approx 200], and shops.

“Beautiful apartment /Town - Great view” We have lived in this beautiful apartment in 12 days and it was really nice. Great views, the best anyone could wish. The location is right in town, so there is walking distance to everything. The location also means that there is life in the streets all day and even late into the night. The apartment is excellent, clean and all equipment is available. The property's pool is super and has a good location. Absolutely a wonderful holiday. Family Mindorf, Denmark

“Fab apartment with fantastic views of the marina” We stayed three weeks in this apartment and it was great. It is a five minute walk from the train or the bus station. The view from the dining area was fantastic. The apartment has been recently decorated and had two lovely bathrooms. The whole apartment was very comfortable and spacious. The location could not have been better with a five minute walk to the beach and five minutes to all the restaurants in Fish Alley. Clarissa who manages the apartment met us on the first day was very helpful and was easy to contact when we had any questions.

“5 STAR APARTMENT” No.734 Las Palmeras apartment overlooks the marina from the 7 floor, best location in Fuengirola. Mary the owner and Clarissa the rep. for the apartment were first class, she met us at the front door and showed us into the apartment. The apartment fit out is as new with 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and satellite English TV. The location and the quality of accommodation will leave it top of our list for a return visit for the beaches, the 7Km prom walk or to play golf. Every facility is beside this apartment from supermarket to restaurant or bar. ps. forgot to mention the large swimming pool at first floor level overlooking the marina its a great facility with small kids and not over crowded.

“Apartment perfect for great holiday” We have just returned from a week at apartment 734 Las Palmeras and I have to write and say how wonderful the whole place was. The apartment was way above our expectations and in the most perfect setting overlooking the marina. The owner, Mary, was extremely helpful prior to the trip and booking was very easy. This put my mind at ease as this was the first time i had rented directly with the owner. When we arrived at the apartment we were met by an english speaking agent who gave us our keys and showed us around the apartment and where to go shopping. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. There was satellite TV so we could watch some English channels in the evening. It was situated right across the road from a street of restaurants and bars and a short stroll to the marina. We did not hire a car, and definitely didn't need one as the apartment is in a perfect position for trains and buses. We will definitely be staying there another year!!
