The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Fuengirola has a large water park, zoo, fine beaches as well as numerous restaurants, bars and night clubs. closer to the villa are also bar/restaurants within walking distance as well as a chemist, panaderia and small supermarket. The area also has some of the finest golf courses, the closest being 10 minutes drive (2 - 18 hole championship courses). Marbella and the millionaires playground of Puerto Banus are less than 30 minutes drive and Gibraltar with its tax free shopping is 75 min utes by car.
Fuengirola / Campo Mijas area
Fuengirola offers golf, beaches, horse riding, water sports and some superb shopping areas including a new El Corte Inglres department store. The Myramar shopping mall also has multi cinemas. Fuengirola Zoo is well worth a visit.
