The apartment is situated in the residential village of Cerros del Aguila, which is 30 kilometres from Malaga airport and 3 kilomtres from Fuenirola which offers a long beach, many bars, restaurants, shops, zoo, water park, cinema and shopping mall. It is within walking distance of a bar, restaurant, supermarket, Cerrado del Aguila golf course and the Costa del Sol race course.

The apartment is fully furnished and recently decorated, with marble flooring.
The lounge/ diner has two leather sofas, dining table and four chairs, satellite TV, video, DVD and CD player.
The master bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom offers two single beds and fitted wardrobes. There is also a large family bathroom with bath, bidet and double wash hand basin, both bathrooms have a heated towel rail. Lounge and bedrooms have ceiling fans and electric fan heaters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/hob, washing machine, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer.
The apartment has direct access from the terrace to the attractive garden and communal pool.

The apartment block has 44 apartments, occupied by owners and holiday makers.
The pool and gardens are maintained weekly, there are security gates operated by owners keys. Allocated car space. Lift.
The gardens and pool are used only by apartment owners. The pool does not have a life guard, children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, the owner can not take responsibility for any accidents that may occur.
An English speaking lady will meet and great clients on arrival, she will also be on hand if there are any problems during the stay.
Linen and towels are provided, however clients must provide their own beach towels.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance to be paid two weeks prior to arrival. There is an additional cleaning charge of £40 to be paid with the balance.
The Costa del Sol region
The name Costa del Sol says it all - 'Coast of the sun', which offers over 300 days of sunshine per year! The area also boasts many lovely beaches, mountain villages and golf courses.
There are many places of interest to visit on your holiday such as the Alhambra Palace in Granada; museums and an historic castle in Malaga, one of the oldest bullrings in Spain at Ronda; Gibraltar and Marbella; also many picturesque mountain villages with breathtaking views.
The urbanised village of Cerros del Aguila is tucked away in the hills to the north of Fuengirola and is easily accessible by car, it has a bar; small supermarket and also a restaurant / bar. A stroll around the village is highly recommended, some of the villas here have to be seen to be believed.
A 5 minute walk from the apartment is the Cerrado del Aguila golf club & driving range. The 'Hipodromo' - where the Costa del Sol race course is based together with the karting track and where they also hold concerts during the the summer is also within walking distance
The Mirimar shopping mall is 2 kilometres away offering a large supermarket,within the extensive Miramar shopping mall,restaurants and a multi screen cinema.
Fuengirola is only 3 kilometres away, where you will find a vast beach, shops, bars, restaurants and many more things to do and see.
The historic village of Mijas is a must and only a few kilometres away.
La Cala is a pretty beach side town only a few kilometres from the apartment, it offers a lovely clean beach and some really good restaurants.
A trip to the famous Marbella and Gibraltar is also recommended.
