About the home

We have installed wireless internet for anyone who wants to use their laptop, i pad or i phone whilst on holiday.

This villa is very spacious and airy with marble floors throughout. There is an entrance porch and spacious hallway which leads to the lounge and bedrooms. The lounge has two sets of patio doors leading onto garden and BBQ area. Two of the bedrooms also have patio doors leading onto terrace. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are large and open plan with breakfast bar.

There is air conditioning/heating throughout the villa and the lounge has an additonal open fire for cosy winter nights. Both the bathrooms have electric heaters. There is also a utility room adjoining the kitchen which houses the washing machine. The private pool is kidney shaped and as the garden faces south there is all day sunshine.

A car is highly recommended and the villa is only a 4 minute drive to El Coto which has 4 restaurants and bars, supermarket, chemist and pizza take away. The large hypermarket is a 6 minute drive with Fuengirola and its beaches just 7 minutes away. Mijas is approximately a 10 minute drive.

This villa is extremely spacious with a south facing garden and private pool. The lounge and dining room are open plan with an American style large kitchen with an adjoining utility room. The main bedroom with patio doors to garden and pool has a king size double bed with ensuite bathroom. The other bedrooms share the other bathroom. Both bathrooms have full baths with showers and bidets. The kitchen has modern new appliances and the lounge has new leather sofas and flat screen television. There is a BBQ area and pool table and table tennis to enjoy. There are plenty of sunbeds and two sets of table and chairs.

Very spacious villa which is accessed through an electric gate with security code and remote control. Villa has private parking and is in a very quiet but very convenient location.

The garden is laid to lawn with a terrace adjoining the garden and the two bedrooms. The private pool is kidney shaped and is in the sun all day. The BBQ area is located at one side of the villa next to both the kitchen and lounge/dining room. It is a lovely cool area during the hot summer months. There is also a pool table and a table tennis table for the use of all guests.

During the peak summer months the changeover day is a Saturday but during the rest of the year we are flexible.

The Costa del Sol region

Costa del Sol is a perfect location for both a winter or summer holiday as it has a very warm sunny climate.
There are many places of interest within a short drive Granada, Rhonda, Gibraltar are examples of places which are within a fairly short drive.

The Fuengirola / Campo Mijas area

Fuengirola is a very popular destination for holidaymakers. It has a 7 kilometre seafront with wonderful beaches. There are many restaurants, bars and shops. There is a shopping mall called Miramar and located in the town centre is Fuengirola Zoo.

“Brilliant - lovely villa, lovely spot, lovely owners” The bungalow was situated 4 km from Mijas village in a quiet setting. 10 min walk to shops and restaurants. We loved stepping out of our patio doors and slipping into the pool which was a perfect size. We used the pool table and table tennis both of which were in very good condition. The facilities were excellent and it also offered both a choice of either a charcoal or a gas bbq. The air conditioning was a must at that time as the temperature was well in the 30`s. We had a day trip to Gibralter which is only about 2 hours away on roads which are very good. The surrounding area is lovely with lots to see but a car is necessary to enjoy it at its best. The lodge was very clean and Linda and her husband very helpful.

“A special holiday” Linda and Patrick made us feel very special throughout our stay. The villa was everything we expected and it was easy to entertain 6 adults day and night. There was everything we needed for a self-catering holiday and there was nothing better after a day's touring around the region than lounging around the pool enjoying the lovely garden and hot, evening sunshine. We had a great time and have already recommended the villa to friends. Thank you for making a special holiday more special! Response: Thank you Mark for your review. It was lovely to meet you and all your family and really pleased everything was as you expected, particularly as you had booked it as a surprise for your parents ruby wedding anniversary. “Fantastic - does exactly what it says on the tin” stayed for 5 weeks - property excellent in every way a car is not essential but preferable will suit families and more mature couples a delight to rent and a pleasure to stay in

“ticks all the boxes, comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped. Quiet location.” The villa is reached via a steep drive by way of an electronic gate. Very secure! The pool and garden are well maintained with manicured hedges and lawns. With two sets of outdoor furniture, lunch or dinner outside, in or out of the sun is an easy choice. Indoors, the villa has a great living space, large well equipped kitched and comfortable bedrooms. The standard of furnishings is high and very well maintained. We liked the TV being tuned into the UK stations.A nice villa in a quite location for which a car is essential.
