About the home
This apartment has been owned by the same family for over 40 years and has been maintained and kept up to date. It has all modern facilities but has kept a traditional Spanish feel to it.
The apartment has two twin bedrooms (one with additional pull out bed), a bathroom, kitchen/utility, and lounge. The lounge is fitted with a 40 inch widescreen HD Ready LCD TV and surround sound system, together with Satellite TV (soon to be Cable TV) so that guests can enjoy not only British TV, but also European Channels (German, Dutch Spanish, Danish French). There is also a hi fi system with ipod/iphone docking station. The lounge sofabeds also allow sleeping for two guests.
From the lounge there is access out to the balcony overlooking the beach and the swimming pool with well maintained private gardens. You can enjoy an al fresco dining or just watch the world go by on the Paseo.
There is secure private parking at the back of the apartment and plenty of on-street parking on the sea front.
The property is surrounded by excellent shops and restaurants with supermarkets just a short walk away.

Please note that beach towels are not provided. Please be sure to pack them before your trip. Wifi is available upon request. There will be a telephone number provided at the flat to call and request wifi. There is a cost and must be paid directly to the provider on activation
Entry to the flat on the day of arrival is from 16:00hrs local time and you should vacate the property by 10:00hrs on the day of departure.

The Costa del Sol region

Enjoy the life of the rich and famous a short drive away in Marbella or Puerto Banus, or experience the rich culture of Granada and the magnificent Alhambra Palace.
The Fuengirola / Los Boliches area
Found at the heart of the Costa del Sol, Fuengirola is a paradise overlooking the sea that offers much more than just sun and sand: culture, leisure, sports and fun.
20 minutes from Malaga airport, Fuengirola is easy to get to and is the ideal starting point for a visit to the most beautiful corners of Malaga and Andalucia such as Granada, Sevilla and Cordoba.
Guests with younger children will enjoy the beach (just a 30 second walk from the apartment) credited with a European Blue Flag for cleanliness. There is also the Fuengirola Zoo or the Benalmadena Dolphinarium, both providing an excellent family day out.
For those keen golfers, Andalucia boasts some of the best golf courses in the world. Mijas Golf International which is about 10 minutes drive away is very popular and reasonably priced. Other courses that are equally renouned is the Santa Maria Golf Course situated on the coast road to Marbella in Elviria about 20 minutes away. This course is stunningly beautifull and challenging but well worth a try. There are many courses to choose from in the area.

It is just a 20 minute journey to the apartment from Malaga Airport.
Many Hire Car companies operate out of Malaga airport.
A train will take you from Malaga Airport to Los Boliches (8 minute walk from the apartment). They run every 30 minutes.

This is a great apartment in a super location and we had a wonderful holiday in Los Boliches. It was ideally situated looking onto the beach and the pool, this was fantastic - we were able to sit on the balcony and watch our children aged 11 and 8 in the pool.
The owner Adrian was very helpful and is very easy to speak to. Indeed we got lots of helpful advice and suggestions about the area, restaurants, car hire, and he even drew us a map to find it - which we did easily. The pool has a lifeguard during the day and is very clean.
We enjoyed the apartment it has great facilities - washing maching, tv and dvd player and a freezer. I would definately use this apartment again when coming to Los Boliches.
