Very Private and safe apartment, this is an end apartment , no one walking past your bedroom windows or any part of your apartment, the floor above is a large terrace that belongs to a resident of the block, they do not rent out so no noise from above, “ this is like being the penthouse” it is so relaxing.
Washing machine, microwave, full oven and Hob, large Fridge /freezer, fully equipped Kitchen like your own home. Nice Dining area inside and out. Cool in the summer with windows all round ,Totally safe to keep open to get a nice cool Breeze on hot summer nights, warm in the winter as all day sun that’s lower in the sky, perfect for a winter sun Holiday as well.

Many local snack bars for good inexpensive food, Chinese, Indian, Greek, good Spanish steak restaurants. Taxis close by.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol is famous for hot summers and warm winters, and a ( VERY WARM WELCOME ) in fact we enjoy an all year round sunny climate.
Lucky me , I have lived in the area for 19 years so I can tell you it’s very nice ! Torreblanca Beach, los Boliches and Fuengirola beach, Run along a 3 km golden sand walk to the castle at the other end of Fuengirola.
The promenade is wide and pleasant to walk along . The beaches are of a very high standard and are very clean with an abundance of sun beds, parasols, pedaloes and canoes for hire even the Dive centre, is in the same building as the apartment, Dolphins are often seen from the beach and by the divers. And from this 7th floor apartment, look for swooping seagulls....you will most probably see the Dolphins.
There are many of cafes, bars and restaurants on the sea front to suit all tastes and budgets and a wide variety of choice….Traditional Spanish sea food, Indian, Italian, Chinese, French, Greek or Good old English grub! I can Recommend Many places to eat out or that will deliver a takeaway to your apartment door.
In the evening the beaches are floodlit and a joy to see, with some night time attraction for the children, fantastic to take a stroll along and stop for the odd Vino tinto or coffee.
Fuengirola, Torremolinos Arroyo & Malaga are famous large open markets , you can walk to Fuengirola one if you wish and the others are a short ride away in the inexpensive electric train ( great value ) and always on time !!
The Fuengirola / Los Boliches area
Torreblnaca and Los Boliches, With the recession many restaurant are doing “ Menu del dia “ meal of the day, all day and in the evening as well, for as little as 8 euros you can have 3 courses with a drink !! You get a super warm welcome from Restaurant/ snack bar “Cosmopolita” , “Sandpiper” and Restaurant” El rio” are fantastic, for around 12 or 13 euro’s you get a very good choice of menu del dia that would defeat the biggest appetite , But many of the bars and cafes just a few steps from the building serve very good and inexpensive food and drinks.
In Fuengirola we have Great zoo for kids of all ages, water park, skate boarding park , cinema in English, crazy Golf, many things to do.
area we lucky enough to have the great electric Train, to get cheaply to and from Malaga Airport and easy for an day or night out to Benalmadena, Torremolinos, Plaza major ( shopping Bowling and Cinema in English, the kids love the place, all water fountains they can run threw !! ) Malaga centre for shopping , museums, sightseeing bus trips, or the local markets and beaches, fantastic to see the locals in the city enjoying the old town, the Spanish are fun and friendly people so be polite and just lean a few words of Spanish ... Local travel agents can book you on fun, safe trips to many destinations, you can go to Gibraltar shopping and sightseeing for the day or to Morocco on a guided tour for a day as well, Ronda, Seville and Granada are just a hour or 2 away, not expensive and everything arrange for you. No fuss.

All the major and budget airlines fly in to Malaga airport and the Town of Fuengirola is just a 20 minute drive away to the West in the direction of Marbella.
Train Stations link Malaga Airport and Torreblanca where the apartment is situated. When you arrive at Torreblanca Station, the apartment is a quick and easy 5 minute walk away, meaning no hire car is required!
If you do hire a car, parking is easy around the complex in off peak weeks, but cannot be guaranteed in the busy peak seasons.
