This is a spacious 4 bedroom apartment in Ed. Girolamar west facing with side sea-views of the beach and seafront. Very popular for families or just two couples who want some space! The apartment has the option of cable t.v. and Internet at good rates. A fully fitted and bright apartment with lots of light. It can be possible also to hire a travel cot.

Linen and towels are provided with the apartment but beach towels are a necessity! Our office is just across the road if you have any enquiries about the apartment - we are always available for anything we can do to make your holiday a comfortable and happy one!

Ed. Girolamar is a very popular complex with a lovely swimming pool and gardens, just opposite the beach. There is private parking available for some of the apartments.

Rates are flexible especially if you are booking from 3 weeks upwards .

We also close off bedrooms if you would like to make the price lower but still enjoy the space of a 4 bedroom apartment.

When booking you will be sent a self explanatory contract asking for the non refundable 25% deposit , balance on arrival . You are also asked for a 100 or 100 sterling pounds refundable deposit at the end of the holiday.

Cable t.v. Internet connection and travel cots are paid extra to the office on arrival.

The Andalucia region

Costa del Sol has everything from sunny beaches to skiing in the popular region of Granada and some of the best Golf Courses in Europe. If its back to nature then there are plenty of walk areas and even mountain climbing or if you fancy trying a bit of snorkelling its all there and more!!!! When it comes to history there is plenty to visit - see our castles and moorish history !!!

Fuengirola

Close to all amenities - the train, bus, shops, restaurants are all close by - no need for a car unless you wish to travel to different areas or golf courses (enquire re green fees) We have information on many day trips if you don't have transport.

Los Boliches and Fuengirola are very close together so you can enjoy Fuengirola's yearly Feria when the Spanish get together dress in traditional outfits and also Los Boliches' "fiestas" .

There are plenty of markets around and you can find the places and days of the week in the free copy of the English Sur out every Friday.

A "must" visit for me is the local zoo which is great for all ages alike and a trip up to the beautiful village of Mijas which looks down on the coast and known as the "white village".

A great day out is a trip to Benalmadena Port by boat from our own Fuengirola Port - the list is endless - but call at the office and we can keep you busy if thats what your after!!!

"brill family trip"

fab apartment, spotlessly clean, full kitchen washing machine fridge freezer, across road to the beach, good location,asked for extra set of keys as we were a crowd,lynne was very helpful, Great if you are a party of 8 away for a break,Only downside was there were no sunbeds around pool area just bench seats.

Really friendly and helpful agents.
The apartment is in a great location, right by the beach and close to restaurants and shops.
Great family accommodation: clean, nicely decorated and well equipped.
We are a family of 8 and had a great stay. We would stay again and strongly recommend

"Accomadation ok but electricity a scam"

We arrived at Girolamar 2 in the afternoon and found the accommodation to satisfactory. There was plenty of space everything worked and facilities were good. We found the apartment to be in a good spot as described. The one thing that spoiled the whole thing and that would stop me using Royal Rentals again is that they took £100 deposit and said there was 35.00 euros electric included. However when we came to get our deposit back they said we had used 70.00 euros electric and took the balance from our deposit. Come on 70.00 euros one week what a scam!!! I told the man at the "El Porton" restaurant down stairs and he said his electric was 50.00eur for the month.. Be aware and bear in mind we turned all the lights off and did not use the aircon..

Thank you for your comments. Royal Rental can 100 per cent confirm that all electric bills can be verified. A metre is read when clients arrive and read the day they leave or the day before. The reading is an exact reading and applied to the rates used by Endesa Electricity Board - clients are only charged what they use and this is paid to the owner. This is so clients do not leave on heating 24/7 as electric in Spain has risen 3 times during 2012. Clients wish a reasonable rate in times of crisis but owners need to be protected from radiators etc being left on on chilly days. This is only applied in winter months or when a special rate is given. Regards Lynn
