Situated in Los Boliches, this luxury 2 bedroom/2bath apartment is on the 6th floor with fabulous sea views and is perfectly located with the beach, shops, restaurants and bars just 1 minute walk away. This sunny apartment has a communal pool(open mid April to late September) and a lovely open balcony with great views of the sea.The surrounding area is totally flat and just a 2 minute stroll away is the lovely sandy beach which has again been awarded the European Blue flag.
The lounge is very spacious and well furnished with 2 very comfortable 3 seater sofas and an easy chair, a 42" flat screen TV with Euro cable showing nearly all UK channels including Sky sports. There is a lovely dining area with seating for 4, a CD music system and the whole room has aircon/heating.
Both bedrooms have 2 single beds in each, fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans..
Both bathrooms are well fitted, with showers only.
The kitchen is spacious with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer. There is also a utility area with a washing machine.
There are electric shutters in the lounge and manual shutters in the bedrooms which help to keep the whole apartment cool all year round.
This is a great apartment to enjoy a relaxing holiday with space and comfort. Take a short stroll in the evening and dine at one of the many seafront restaurants or dine on your own terrace taking in the marvellous view of the Mediterranean sea.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol has an average of 300 sunshine days a year and has an abundance of leisure,recreational, cultural and sporting facilities to sample. The hot summers and mild winters make it a perfect destination all year round.
Malaga is a fascinating place to visit with its Picasso Museum, Botanical gardens and the Roman Theatre.
Mijas is a picturesque village nearby with lovely views over the whole of Fuengirola and lovely quaint shops and restaurants. It is a perfect place to visit either in the day or the evening.
There are numerous golf courses, shopping centres, marinas and of course beautiful sandy beaches.
Take stroll with the jetset in Puerto Banus and Marbella or take a day trip to Granada to see the wonderful Alhambra Palace.
The Fuengirola / Los Boliches area
Fuengirola/Los boliches is an extremely friendly place to be. The promenade stretches from the castle in Fuengirola to Torreblanca, which means nearly 5 miles of golden beaches( European blue flag award).
Here you can take part in Volley Ball, Water Skiing, Jet Skiing and lots of other water sports or just relax on your sunbed.
There is a great aquapark, an absolute must for the youngsters and a very good zoo suitable for the whole family.
Los Boliches offers an abundance of restaurants catering for all tastes from mouth watering Tapas to the great British breakfast.
Just on the corner of the apartment block is a bakers offering fresh daily bread and delicious cakes and croissants. Across the road is an indoor market for all your fresh fruit and veg and a large supermarket 2minutes walk away.
On Tuesdays there is a very large market selling souvenirs, clothes, leather goods and also fresh fruit and veg which is about a 10 minute walk away.

We've just returned from Don Luis and I can honestly say i cannot find a fault with the apartment. Everthything is just as advertised and Stephen was very helpful. We will cerainly be going again. |

This is a beautiful spacious apartment in a great location. Very clean and comfortable and finished to a high standard. The kitchen is well stocked with pans, crockery, cutlery etc. Large balcony with lovely views to the beach. Very large living/dining room with large TV which our kids watched the Olympics on. It is ideally located for train from airport (only a short 2 minute walk from train stop to apartment) and also for the bus service to Fungirola. Buses are about every 10/15 mins. Also very handy to supermarkets, there are 3 nearby. Stephen was only too happy to answer any queries and dealt with our booking very professionally. We had a great holiday and found the apartment to be a home from home. Would glady recommend this apartment. |

The apartment was lovely, spacious, well equipped, & spotlessly clean. Apartment block mainly residential so nice and quiet at night. Complex is very secure, even the pool area is through a locked gate. Excellent. Los Boliches area is lovely there are some excellent restaurants and small bars in the area. We would definitely stay here again. |
