We normally take 50% of the total rent due on booking as a deposit however payments may also be staged as follows:-
A deposit of 25% of the total rental must be paid on booking with a further 25% due at a later date. Your final rental payment of 50% must be received not later than one month before your departure to Spain.

In summary we accept: a Sterling cheque or a Euro cheque, or a Sterling denominated Bankers Draft obtained at your local bank, or a payment by Internet banking, or an electronic transfer from your bank to our bank, or cash/debit card payments into our Lloyds TSB bank account at your nearest branch of Lloyds TSB. Acceptable methods of payment and our bank account details will be sent to you when you book.

The Costa del Sol region


The Costa del Sol has a wonderful climate, sunny and hot for the spring and summer months, and mild during the winter - the perfect year round holiday destination.
You will never be hard pressed to find something to do. There are lots of super places to visit, lots of activities to pursue and many interesting colourful places to eat.
Within 20 minutes by local bus or train you can be in Benalmadena with its “mini Disney World” (Tivoli World) or Mijas, a pretty 9th century Andalucian village with its landscaped viewing platforms overlooking the spectacular coastline below, or Marbella & Puerto Banus with its trendy shops and beautiful Marina.
And only a coach trip away there's lots more to see - Granada with the Alhambra Palace, Sevilla and its magnificent Cathedral, or visit Gibraltar for the day, or even go just across the water to exotic Tangier in North Africa!
If you fancy just sitting with a book sunbathing, maybe taking a quiet dip or a paddle, then going out in the evening for a nice meal the Cost del Sol has it all. It won't let you down !
The Fuengirola / Fuengirola Marina area

The bus station / train station / ferry are within 350m (5 minutes walk) from your apartment.
Travel facilities are easy to use and are cheap and efficient.
Eating Out:-
The main eating area (about 2 minutes walk away) with scores of restaurants, cafes, fast food, bars is known as 'Fish Alley' where you can get a 3 course meal from as little as £7.
Shopping:-
There are supermarkets and fast food outlets within 200m (3-4 minutes walk) from your apartment.
The shopping in Fuengirola is fun with plenty of small shops in the town to choose from. Also, within walking distance is the Miramar Shopping Centre which is a large modern covered retail complex with the larger stores and a multiplex cinema (many films in English), and lots of cafes too. And to snap up that last minute bargain you can shop in the weekly local open markets on Saturday and Tuesday.
Some of Fuengirola's Attractions:-
Opposite, in the Port, you can take a trip on a glass bottomed boat looking for dolphins. Within 1 minute's walk you can board the tourist train (Tren Turistico) which will take you on a leisurely tour of the town by road. A short walk away is the renowned Fuengirola Zoo, and a local shuttle bus can take you to the Giant Water Park (Parque Acuatico Mijas).
The Beach & Promenade:-
In the daytime the 7km (5 mile) long, wide and FLAT Promenade opposite is a big attraction. It has frequent part shaded resting places so you can sit and admire the lovely sea and beach views or just watch the world go by.
In the evening the beaches are floodlit and everything appears quite magical ! This is the perfect time to have a "nightcap" in one of the many cafes/restaurants literally built on the beach.
Come and enjoy the wonderful Costa del Sol.

My husband and I staid in this one bedroom apartment in torre 1 in fuengirola, in august 2011. It is the most awful place i ever staid in my life. Coming from a nice apartment (in club la costa - a mile away) to this one, we had a shock! filthy, small, broken furniture never replaced or even removed from the property.From the picture it looks all right, but it's not like that at all, the whole atmosphere was depressing and a total waste of money, even though it was cheap. Never again! this is the first time that I write a bad review, but I was really disappointed, expecting a decent place, we found filthy/ugly /smelly place. the owner need to spend some pounds to paint the walls (very dirty) the flat need a total refurbishment and better regular cleaning, as it was really dusty (tv was dusty, curtains were dusty, lamps, pictures on the wall etc...) 2 cheap plastic chairs in the patio broke while we were having dinner, both me and my sister fell on the floor (I'm not heavy only 60 kgs) we reported it to Jeff, but he never replaced and he left them broken in the balcony for the duration of our stay. the only thing working nicely in this apartment was the washing machine in the bathroom. Response: We are completely lost for words with which to respond. The review content visible to us does not suggest any reasons or any substantive evidence to support the damning comment : " It is the most awful place I have ever staid (sic) in my life." We have owned and rented the apartment to hundreds of happy clients, many of whom are referrals and returning clients, for seventeen years. All previous guest comments and reviews have been more than favourable. They have also been balanced, objective and accurate, and perhaps most importantly of all, they have been helpful. We are always happy to receive comment, good or bad, and we always respond positively and quickly because we respect and value all our clients whatever they might say, but on this occasion we are quite literally lost for words. |

apartment was very central - great for us as we are elderly and didn't have to go far to bars, restaurants, entertainment etc. well equipped and clean - and Jeff, the representative for the apartments called regularly to check that all was well and to sort out any minor repairs etc. We were there for 3 months and it was good to know there was someone around to help if need be. The concierge / janitor was superb - opened doors for us and helped to carry shopping - all in all very nicely situated - the only downside was that our balcony didn't get the sun as it faced in the wrong direction, but that wasn't too much of a problem as you just had to go downstairs and could sit in a bar to soak up the sun Would definitely recommend this apartment complex to someone wanting a reasonably priced, good quality rental right in the centre of things. |
