Very nice two bedroom penthouse apartment issituated on an elevated position in a quiet area overlooking Fuengirola. The apartment is fully equipped with hot and cold air conditioning satellite tv and boasts the additional facility of a gym, laundry room and sauna. There is also underground parking and a large communal pool.

Los Pacos is a small village with many amenities and transport facilities linking it to its neighbouring town of Los Boliches which is within walking distance being only a short distance away. Los Boliches has a fine sandy beach,and numerous bars and restaurants.

The major tourist town of Fuengirola which is easily assessable. by a local bus service and railway station. There is plenty of restaurants, tapa bars, chiringitos along the beach and daily activities for both the elderly and the young. These include the Bio Park, Selwo, Aqua Park, Cable cars, Horse riding, Theme parks, boat trips Sealife Centres, markets and lots more. Street Markets and places of interest are very promiment in the surrounding.area together with sking on the slopes of Sierre Nevada and one can enjoy a visit to Malalga City with its exclusive shops should not be missed or a boat ride to Gibralta of an overnight stay to see Morroco full of charm and culture is worth a visit.

The historical towns of Ronda, Seville, Antequerra and Granada are all easy to travel to by the interlinking coach and rail service.

The complex has a quiet, good sized swimming pool, which receives sun all day. Close by there are a number of cafes where you can check emails and surf the internet and there is a large Tourist Centre within a short distance away with lots of useful information of the surrounding area.

There are supermarkets very close, like Lidl, Euromarket, Mercadona, Eroski. Also very good shopping centres like Corte Ingles, La Cañada Shopping Centre driving to Marbella or the new Miramar Centre in Fuengirola which is quite big and has a lot of shops, restaurants, tapas bars, cinemas, and Eroski supermarket .

Fuengirola, in ancient times known as Suel and then Suhayl, is a large town and municipality on the Costa del Sol in the province of Málaga, autonomous community of Andalusia in southern Spain. It is a major tourist resort, with more than 8 km of beaches, and home to a mediæval Moorish fortress. In common with much of this coast, it has been the subject of considerable urban development.

The area enjoys a subtropical Mediterranean climate, with annual average temperatures of 18°C and average summer temperatures of over 30°C.
