Apartment on the Paseo Maritimo of Fuengirola (Carvajal Beach). Beachfront with a big swimming pool.

This is a very comfortable apartment for a couple or for a family in 2nd floor. The living room has a sofa bed that can be used for another couple or ideally for two children. The large terrace has folding awnings, so during the day becomes a room of the house and living space and is perfect for 4 people. It is located on the second floor. It has no air conditioning, but has ceiling fan in the bedroom (the bedroom is also very cool) and a fan in the living room. It also has flat screen TV, DVD, wireless internet, etc..

The bedroom has 1 king size bed of 150 cm. and the lounge also has a sofa bed for 2 people. The apartment has a wonderful private terrace of 25 square meters has stunning views of the beach, the sea, the gardens and the pool. It is also equipped with outdoor table, chairs and 2 loungers for sunbathing in complete privacy.

The apartment has 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 beds 90) and sofa bed (1,30). The bedroom has a ceiling fan, perfect for napping.

The fully equipped kitchen: cooker, oven, refrigerator, toaster, juicer, coffee maker, kettle for tea, microwave oven, washing machine, blender, coffee diverse, plates and glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, casseroles, etc. . It also has iron and ironing board.

The bathroom has a tub big enough.

Freeview Digital Television and Satellite ASTRA can be viewed on the living room TV.

If you do not bring sheets and towels, do not worry, we offer linen and towels optional for 20 Euros, which in case you're interested, is charged on the first day to hand over the keys.

The resort pool is huge and is open from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. It is surrounded by gardens and benches to sit and enjoy the cool or read a good book quietly.

Public parking is free at the entrance of the resort, opposite the gate of the resort (even in summer is hard to park during the day.) Also we offer the option of enclosed parking (outdoor) with fixed parking reserved for 3 Euros / day.

The beach is great. In summer not as crowded as the center of Fuengirola, which is a plus. Its fine sand and being able to walk out to sea for a long distance without water you cover, make this beach one of the best in Fuengirola. It has showers, bins and during the summer months a lifeguard hut type "Baywatch" who are operating from 10:00 to 20:00.

The urban bus runs every 20 minutes (the bus stop is a 2 minute walk).

The commuter train has two stops, the Torreblanca stop or the Carvajal stop (both are 5 minutes walk). The train runs every 20 minutes.

Shopping: Many supermarkets within 3 minutes walk Torreblanca address.

Restoration: several bars of "pescaito and tapas" on the beach with very good quality and affordable prices.

Pets: For reasons of hygiene and cleanliness no pets are permitted.

I'm always available on the phone if you need me for anything.

The neighborhood is very quiet urbanization and friendly.

The area is very peaceful and quiet at night, but if you want to fly, you have plenty of pubs and disco-pubs 3 minutes walking from the apartment.

The complex has a concierge during the day.
