In the gardens you have the choice of the pool area or just sitting under the trees or umbrellasand relaxing.You have only a short walk to all the local shops and supermarkets plus the nearest bus stop is only metres away.The gardens and pool areas are are safe and secure for all the family.

The apartment has been recently refurbished to a very high standard inluding new flooring,kitchen and bathroom.There is a large bedroom with twin beds,fitted wardrobe etc,which is also big enough for a cot.The bathroom is fully tiled with a walk in shower.In the lounge there is a double sofa bed plus armchair,dining for four people,flatscreen 32" television.

Lance Del Sol was constructed in 1989 and stands in its grounds and is only accessed by gate and electronic control for vehicles.There is secure parking if required. Night security is constant.

Los Boliches has in many ways maintained its original village charm with its narrow streets and neighbourhood shops,whilst at the same time offering a great diversity of modern facilities and services.There is an impressively wide variety of entertainment and restaurant choice,with an extensive selection of shops including the El Cortes Ingles department store and the Miramar shopping centre in Fuengirola.A trip to the zoo is a must,a visit to the white washed village of Mijas is essential and for the romantic a horse drawn carriage ride

My husband and i stayed at the Edificio Del Sol for 2 weeks at the begining of January, The apartment was modern and tastefully decorated, the kitchen was well equipped with all mod cons including washing machine if needed. The apartment is in a gated area overlooking the gardens and the pool which are well looked after and beautiful to wake up to on a lovely sunny morning as there is full sun on the terrace all day long.The Edificio is situated just 5 mins walk from the beach. The area of Los Boliches is the the best area of Fuengirola as far as we are concerned and we hope to return there later this year. |

This is a lovely spacious apartment with a great pool and well kept gardens. It is a five minute walk to the beach, shops and train station. We used the train to and from the Airport and also for a day trip to Malaga. We were met by Christine and Len who were very welcoming and helpful.We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and will definitely book again. |

Safe secure holiday.Everything close by.Pity about the noise from the surrounding roads and very close railway line.We would stay here again,but would bring earplugs(I am a light sleeper).The pool area is great with one themed night whilst we were there.A supervisor was in attendance around the pool from 10 am til 6pm.He always stuck to the rules(annoyingly).All in all a relaxing holiday. |
