Newly renovated and furnished. Perfectly located overlooking the beach, Golf (40 courses), town centre and restaurants, this luxurious, modern, spacious apartment is ideal for Beach and Golf Holidays, winter or summer. This sunny apartment was recently renovated and furnished to a high standard. It has a lovely swimming pool (filled in June). Balcony directly overlooking the Paseo and main beach. It has air conditioning in bedrooms (with option of quality Super King Size beds in each room or 2 single beds in each bedroom) and living area, brand new modern kitchen (incl oven, microwave, fridge-freezer & washing machine). Bathrooms are remodelled with new bathroom suites, and tiling. All bedrooms can be kept cool using air conditioning and electric shutters. Other facilities include Satellite TV, DVD, and CD player/radio. Additionally a safe (keypad) is situated in the front bedroom. It is only a five-minute walk to the bus and railway stations, for trains to Benalmádena, Torremolinos and Málaga airport and city centre, so a car is not essential.

A wonderfully spacious apartment with all the facilities you require. Complete with dining table and chairs in the living area, and, separate table and chairs on the balcony overlooking the main Promenade (Paseo) and beach.
A safe box for your valuables is also situated in the front bedroom. Code will be supplied on arrival.

Perla 2 is situated right on the Promenade (Paseo) overlooking the beach, with fantastic views to Fuengirola Marina and of course the sea.
In addition to the Marina and beach this apartment is also convenient to to shops, supermarkets, restaurants, entertainment centres and indeed Fuengirola’s famous eateries situated on “fish alley” which is just around the corner. The bus and train stations are aprox 500 meters from the apartment. Very convenient for visiting Marbella, Benalmadina, Torremolinos and Malaga. Fuengirola Zoo is also nearby

The promenade, right outside the apartment is the best on the Med. and offers beautiful monuments and resting places every few steps. You will see many people taking relaxing strolls most evenings.

A refundable deposit of 200 euros will be required to secure the reservation with the balance due 6 weeks prior to travel, together with a returnable deposit of 200 euro to cover any damages and for the return of the apartment keys.
Towels and bedding are supplied, but must not be taken out of the apartment.
Apartment may not be ready for occupation before 4 p.m.
Unless by prior agreement the apartment must be vacated by 11am.
