The lodge has gated access and parking for 2 cars.
Fairway lakes has four carp lakes, restaurant/lounge bar, 2 golf courses, club house/pro shop/driving range, Spa/pool/sauna and beauty/sports therapy by fully qualified staff.

The lodge is extremely spacious and comfortable. It is furnished and equipped to be your luxury home from home.
Weddings are held at Caldecott Hall and the lodge is popular with guests who wish to stay for a weekend break whilst attending the wedings.
As a new building it obviously has all safety and security requirements (fire/smoke alarms etc).Kitchen appliances are integrated and there is a washer/dryer plus electric wine fridge in the Utility room.

The balcony and terrace overlook the golf course and to the front and rear there are lakes. The grounds are landscaped and well maintained. The Barn Works is approximately 400 yds from the lodge, the golf facilities are 500 yards and the fishing 800 yds. The restaurant/bar is 800 yds. The hotel has a welcoming lounge bar with tranquil patio and garden area, superb bar meals/snacks are served during normal opening hours.
Redwings horse sanctuary is situated within the grounds (entry to which is free and well worth a visit). 5 mins from the lodge are walks through the Waveney forest (cycle tracks are well marked and there are two cycles at the lodge). Boat hire, horse riding and water sports are available with 5 minutes by car of Caldecott Hall.
This is an ideal holiday for those who love the outdoors. A horse sanctuary, nature walks, cycling, boating, golf,
shopping are all easily accessible.

Children and Elderly are welcome but please note there is an open plan staircase in the property. Ball games are not allowed between the lodges.
Fishing is included in the rental price and a 25% discount on facilities (Spa/swimming/gym/golf etc) for lodge users. Please be aware that access to the pool/spa area is restricted for children (Friday 4-7pm,Sat and Sun 9.00 - 12.00am). Day passes for the facilities are available at the Barn Works.(Details 01493488488-Ext119).

The East Anglia / Norfolk region
Fairway Lakes is the ideal location for exploring the beautiful Norfolk Broads. Norwich is within 20 miles and has excellent shopping and cultural interests.The clean beaches of Gorleston and Gt Yarmouth are within 10 mins drive and the natural beauty of Southwold and Dunwich on the Suffolk coast are also within 30mins drive of Fairway Lakes.
Somerleyton Estate and Fritton Lake are on the other side of the road to Caldecott Hall and have lovely routes for walking or cycling. Waveney Forest, Angles Way and Weavers Way all have access from Fairway Lakes.
The Fritton area
St Olaves is within 5 mins drive (or there are footpaths for the energetic) and day boat hire is available, there is also the Bell PH where you can sit by the river and enjoy a fabulous meal at a very reasobale price. At The Priory restaurant you can visit the lamas.
Somerleyton Estate and house is available for those who enjoy history. Pleasurewood Hills,Africa Alive,Banham Zoo, Petits Animal Advneture Park and Dinosaur Park are local attractions plus Gt Yarmouth has many attractions for the energetic.
Many National Trust and English Heritage properties are on the Broads or close by. Lowestoft air show takes place during July plus other spectaculars(details in information book in the Lodge).
