This brand new 2 bed air conditioned apartment is located in the heart of the traditional Moorish village of Frigiliana. This bright and spacious apartment has superb views of the countryside and out to the Mediterranean sea, and is just a couple of minutes walk from the central church square where you can find a range of local stores and traditional style Andalucian restaurants.

A holiday in this location is ideal for couples looking for a relaxing holiday in a traditional environment, or alternatively would suit a family looking for modern accommodation, with local amenities and facilities nearby.

The open plan lounge/dining area is stylishly furnished with 2 sofas, TV, DVD Player, Satellite (Basic UK Channels) and a dining suite for 4 with access to the spacious terrace.

The kitchen is fully fitted with Fridge freezer, washing machine, oven, hob etc.

The master bedroom has a double bed, side tables and a fitted wardrobes.

The second bedroom has twin beds, side table and fitted wardrobes.

The modern bathroom has a bath, overhead shower, WC and washbasin.

The balcony terrace is spacious and south facing with ample terrace furniture for 4 with magnificent views of Frigiliana and the valley winding it's way down to the Mediterranean coast.

The communal pool is a couple of minutes walk away from the apartment.

Unfortunately this apartment is not suitable for the elderly or infirm as the apartment is accessed via steep steps with no lift available.

The Costa del Sol region

This stylish apartment is ideally situated to explore the award winning village of Frigiliana, with its wide range of traditional restaurants and bars. Frigiliana was voted the best kept village of Andalucia and is a labyrinth of tiny cobble stone streets, where balconies overflow with colourful flowers. The area is renowned for its mild climate, boasting an average of 320 days sunshine per year. It is a walkers paradise, being on the edge of a national park.

The typically Spanish seaside town of Nerja, with its coved beaches, is only 15 minutes away. Nerja is a popular coastal resort, appealing to the young and old alike due to its great restaurants, fantastic atmosphere, lively fiestas and traditional Spanish ambience. The famous Nerja caves are well worth a visit.

There is a golf course about 15 minutes away and all types of water sports nearby. For those who like to ski, the Sierra Navada ski area is less than two hours drive away.

The Frigiliana area

Frigiliana has won several awards as the prettiest village in Andalucia. The old village of Arab origins is a labyrinth of winding cobbled streets connected by hidden inner courtyards and alleyways, lining these tiny cobbled streets are beautiful houses whose balconies overflow with colourful bougainvillea and geranium flowers.

The village square has a church dating back to 1640. There is a range of good local shops, many small local bars, cafes and restaurants offering good local food . The village is also famous for its muscatel wine, olive oil and honey. The village has a large swimming pool and is usually open in July and August. in addition to apartments complex's own communal pool.The friendly townsfolk of Frigiliana are welcoming and eager to share their fiestas and events with visitors.
