This detached villa is set back from the small road which climbs through the hills, on its way from Frigiliana to Cómpeta, and is this ideally situated to sample the delight of the town of Frigiliana (5km) with its numerous restaurants, bars and interesting craft shops, yet has the benefit on being in a quiet spot with its own pool. There is even a restaurant which is within walking distance of the property!
The property has a delightful mature garden with rose bushes and scented flowers; a large covered terrace spans the length of the house and is an ideal spot to relax looking down onto the enclosed pool below. The house is arranged in two floors (3.000m2); the interior is furnished in a typical Andalusian rustic style and is practically laid out with a large open-plan living/dining room with a galley style kitchen off to the side. A barbecue area and terrace is reached via a steep set of exterior stairs.

Frigiliana (5km, all services) has a town centre of Moorish origin which is the best maintained in Malaga province; its sinuous streets make the whole a charming place and its route starts from beautiful corners and small squares. From the balconies and terraces we can admire the beauty of its fields with a blue sea as background. The beach is about 12km away, in Nerja.
Just to the east of the town of Nerja, there are some fascinating caves, the Cuevas de Nerja, which are believed to be around 20.000 years old and during the season, concerts are held in one of these enormous caverns which has been converted into an auditorium. Nearest airport in Malaga (60km).
