The apartment itself is brand new, and has just been fully furnished to a high standard. There is one double bedroom and a twin with two single beds. There are fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms with drawers. The apartment is fully equipped and the terrace has a seating area for four. There are quite a few steps up to the property, so not suitable for elderly guests. Once at the apartment, you are practically on Calle Real and in the heart of the village, so not far to go for and evening stroll or dining out in the village.
Suitable for all year round occupancy as the winters are mild on the Costa Del Sol

Frigiliana is a quiet and picturesque Andalucian village nestling in the foothills of the Almijara mountain range at a height of 1,000 feet and is the perfect place for a tranquil, relaxing holiday. The village, situated on the edge of a national park, is noted for it's whitewashed houses and narrow cobbled flower laden streets. The Sierra Tejada National Park gives easy access to numerous challenging walks where you can enjoy the outstanding natural beauty of the area with abundant wild flowers and wildlife as well as the opportunity for gentle strolls through shady woodland and dry river beds.
The surrounding mountains are breathtaking and take on various hues depending on the weather and the time of day. The village has many restaurants and bars which specialise in La Axarquia fare, some offering fine panoramic views over the village and local countryside. Market day in Frigiliana is Thursday and is well worth a visit to purchase fresh produce and traditional Spanish ceramics etc.
The nearby resort town of Nerja is just a 10 minute drive away and has many fine beaches offering a variety of watersports as well as a bustling nightlife. Nerja, bulit on top of a dramatic cliff, is famous for the 'Balcon De Europa' (a viewing balcony looking out over the Mediterranean sea) and retains many of the charms of a typical Spanish town.

Directions from Malaga airport:
When you come out of the airport, go straight over the roundabout and head direction MALAGA, (straight up and over the bridge, then it curves round to join the road below) Keep to the right hand lane on this road, because you need to come off again a couple of junctions along when you see the signs for Motril, Antequera and Almeria.
This joins onto the A-7 which you follow all the way here (approx 45km). There will be exits off for Sevilla and Antequera, but just keep heading straight (Motril/Almeria) until you come off at Nerja/Frigiliana . At the roundabout turn left and follow the road up to the village of Frigiliana.
