This is a large well equipped apartment on the top floor of a small complex (14 properties). It has three terraces, North, South and a private roof terrace which is not overlooked. One of the terraces is always sunny when the sun shines. There are magnificent views from all three terraces.
The bedroom has a double bed and a fitted wardrobe plus bedside cabinets and a chest of drawers. In the living area there is a modern Sofa Bed which easily converts to a double bed allowing the possibility of sleeping four.
The Kitchen area has most modern conveniences including a dishwasher.
There is a dining area with seating for four.
The Bathroom has a four piece suite and the bath has a shower over.
All the terraces have a table and chairs. The North terrace is large and is eminently suitable for eating out on the balmy summer evenings.
The apartment is only a short stroll from the old quarter with it's grocers shops, bars and restaurants. There is street access and on street parking available.
For the cooler months we provide heaters for the bedroom, living area and bathroom.
The Apartment is intended for couples and as such we have a strict "No Children" policy.
As it is a penthouse on the third floor it is not suitable for those with mobility problems.

The Costa del Sol region
The historic cities of Granada and Malaga are within easy reach either by car, bus or arranged tours. And, particularly Granada with the world famous Alhambra palace is a must. In season Skiing is available in the Sierra Nevada which is about one and a half hours drive.
There are World famous caves at Maro (10km)
Frigiliana is a peaceful location nestling in the foothills of the Sierra Alpujarra mountains. The village is traditionally Spanish and has won awards for the pristine way the villagers keep their village. The village is a maze of whitewashed streets, with many bars and restaurants and a variety of cuisines.
There are stunning views and access to many mountain walks that vary from easy strolls to arduous climbs. Frigiliana is a walkers paradise in the cooler months being on the edge of a National Park.
Horse riding guided tours and walking tours are available locally. Golf and a water park are within easy reach.
There are various Fiestas and cultural events throughout the year but the highlights are:
Easter, Thursday to Sunday Processions daily
May Crosses, first weekend in May properties decorated with crosses of flowers and fruit.
San Antonio, Patron Saint June 13th
Three Cultures, last weekend in August and last but by no means least,
Feria in September.
The local market is held on Thursday on the Plaza over the Car Park.
