Casa en Chorruelo is a 3-bedroom apartment located near the oldest part of Frigiliana. It’s comfortably furnished to the highest standards with modern accommodation over 2 storeys. The apartment has three secluded terraces with stunning views to the sea and the Sierra Nevada Mountains, perfectly equipped for alfresco dining or sunbathing.The communal swimming pool is a short stroll away.

It's situated on the edge of the historic quarter of the village, just a short walk to the many cosmopolitan restaurants, cafes and bars. Frigiliana, is an award winning "pueblo blanco" and sits on the edge of National park, a beautiful scenic location for walking, and bird watching, yet only 10 minutes drive to Nerja and it’s many sandy beaches.

The Costa del Sol region

The nearest town to Frigiliana is Nerja. Only four miles away, it offers beaches (the famous Burriana Beach is here), vibrant night life and a multitude of supermarkets,shops, bars, and restaurants. The caves of Maro. The caves are world famous, discovered by chance only fifty years ago they are now one of the most visited attractions in Spain.

A visit to the Alhambra and Generalife in Granada is highly recommended. Coach tours depart from Nerja several days each week. Towards the east you can visit the city and Provincial capital of Malaga with its modern shopping facilities and its historic buildings, Marbella where the film stars and millionaires have their villas or even Gibraltar, Britain's last colony on mainland Europe. Seville, Ronda, Cordoba and Costa del Sol resorts all accessible for day trips

The Frigiliana / Old town/Moorish quarter area

There are many bars and restaurants in the village providing both local and international cuisine, several shops selling general groceries and fresh provisions, chemist shops, butcher, fishmonger and so on, pharmacy post office, and three banks, each with 24 hour cash machines.

Frigiliana is an excellent base for walkers - there are easy and short circular walks in and around the village, and more 'off road' walks which vary in distance and difficulty if you go a little further afield.
