A truly 5 star apartment with beautifull private pool and gardens entry to the property is via electric gates.With panoramic mountain and sea views, the apartment comprises 2 bedrooms both en suite, garden and BBQ. Also the facilities of a private swimming pool and parking are provided.
The apartment is south east facing with exellent shade in the summer afternoons and the exclusive use of the garden and pool for the sun lovers.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing machine and dish washer.
In the lounge there is a 42" flat screen TV with SKY channels, a stereo system with an IPod dock and a blue ray player. WIFI is available at 5€ per day.
Towels are provided for use within the apartment at the start of your holiday. You will need to bring your own beach towels.
The high specifiaction en-suite bathroom and shower rooms are fitted with premium quality fittings.
One bed room has a 5ft double bed and en-suite bathroom and the other bedroom has two 4ft6" double beds and en-suite shower room.

There are six pool loungers, a exterior dinning table that seats 8 and an exterior lounge area all with umberellas. The pool is 3ft at the shallow end 6ft at the deep end and has a shower.

For your privacy the apartment is not available to let when the main house is in use. This gives you sole use of the private gardens, terraces and swimming pool.

The Costa del Sol region
The Costa del Sol/Malaga area has long been a popular destination for over 30 years, with over 300 days of sunshine every year. With excellent road and rail systems travelling is very easy. You can enjoy the history and culture of cities such as Malaga or the beautiful golden beaches along the coast. There is also walking in the mountains of Malaga or touring on the back roads of Andalucia.
The famous Nerja caves are a must see. The most popular Burriana beach is to the east of Nerja (be early in the summer as parking is at a premium). There are plenty of other beaches all within 5-10 minutes drive.

The Frigiliana / San Rafael area
Balcon de europa in the center of Nerja town is great for people watching and is where the main fiestas take place.
The small cobbled streets are extremely picturesque with some lovley tapas bars and numerous other restaurants and small shops.
The beautifull village of Frigiliana is 5 minutes drive and for the most part it retains it's sleepy Spanish feel.
There is a regular bus schedule to Nerja and Frigiliana.
A taxi to Nerja is €10 and €8 to Frigiliana

Beautiful apartment within a large Villa, situated on the road between Nerja and Frigiliana. 5 minute drive to the nearby beaches.
Malaga airport is only 45 minutes by car and is served by all the major airlines such as Easyjet, Ryanair, Flybe, BMI, aer lingus and many more.
Car hire can be found easly at the airport I would recomend www.amigoautos.co.uk or www.carjet.co.uk
The villa is ideal for holidays and get togethers. With self-catering facilities it is ideal for all holidays giving the choice of freedom !!

Absolutely first class, we have stayed in many apartments and villa and this was far the best. Tranquil and so private with beautiful views, everything was a high standard indoors and out. Our visit was in January so was unable to enjoy the pool, but we spent much of our lunches and siestas on the beautiful patio. Will definately return. We have returned from a wonderful week at Casa Isla Bonita and what a lovely quality apartment, very tastefully furnished, the pool and gardens were just beautiful must admit we relaxed immediately and had a very enjoyable stay. We loved everything about our holiday perfect weather, a short drive from malaga,and when we arrived at Casa Alice WOW it took our breaths away it was stunning beautiful large apartment with every thing you could wish for very stylish,and outside its so pictureess beatuiful scenery and the pool is the icing on the cake, it by far exceeded our expections,we have never stayed anywhere as impressive as Casa Alice and cant recommend it enough, already looking when we can get back there again.The town is a few minuites drive or about 15 minuite walk away, large supermarkets even closer,there is a lovley beach close by all in all the best holiday ever so gald we found it.Perfect location.
