New luxury air conditioned villa in 6800sqm of land just outside the famous mountain village of Frigiliana, nestling in the pine trees of the National Park. It has stunning views looking down the green valley over Frigiliana to Nerja and the sea.
There are 4 double bedrooms (3 en suite) and a separate shower room. From the main floor there is a staircase (with a baby gate) in the tower leading down to 2 large double bedrooms with ceiling fans plus a kitchenette. The master air-conditioned bedroom (en suite) has patio doors opening on to the terrace. The spacious air-conditioned living room has an archway to the main kitchen.
The patio doors from the living room open onto a covered terrace with ceiling fans and a large teak table for Alfresco dining. The open terrace has a gas BBQ and steps down to the large private gated swimming pool and the lawn which gives a safe children's play area.In summary it gives peace and quiet with panoramic views, yet within easy distance of beaches, shops, restaurants etc.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is on the South coast of Spain and Malaga is the regional capital where one can find the Picasso museum.Villa Cereza is near the village of Frigiliana which is a pretty,cobblestoned, mountain village.Nerja is the nearest coastal town,a short twenty minutes away.It boasts the best climate in Europe with over 300 days of sunshine a year.The area is extremely beautiful,it is surrounded by the Aljimara mountains and has many orchards of olives,advocardos and grape vines.The sun and fertile soil produces spectactular floral plants.Frigiliana has been inhabited by numerous civilisations from the Phoenicians and Romans to the Arabs,who had the greatest impact on the village's developement.During the Christain reconquest,Frigiliana was the site of numerous battles culminating in the famous battle of the Rock of Frigiliana in 1569 which ended in the complete explusion of the Moorish people.Nerja,on the coast,boasts over 400 restaurants.It has winding streets with attractive squares,cafes,shops,banks,tapas bars and discos.The Balcon de Europa is a magnificent promenade overlooking the sea and was made famous by King Alfonso X11
Frigiliana area
Villa Cerezza is situated in in the countryside (but not isolated) with panoramic views to Frigiliana,Nerja and the sea.Malaga is 50 minutes away along the Motorway.In Frigiliana there are always taxis available.Many people from all over Andulcia come to visit Frigiliana due to its beauty,tapas bars and varied restaurants.It has been awarded the title of the prettiest village in Spain.Only a short stroll from Villa Cereza there is a restaurant which has Flamenco shows twice a week. Nerja has many 'family friendly' beaches.There are 3 golf courses to choose from,one only a 20 minute drive.A short distance from Nerja are found the caves of Maro with long stalactites and stalagmites.Almunecar,35 minutes away ,has a large water park.

Further details indoors: All the bedrooms are very spacious.They all have 'black-out' exterior roller blinds to limit the heat in the day.Mosquito blinds are available in every bedroom.The master bedroom has air-conditioning and the two downstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans.
In the living room there is a television,with freeview, and a DVD, plenty of books, a CD player and DVDs. All rooms including corridors and bathrooms have heaters. The air conditioning units are also heaters. In addition there is a large open wood burning fire in the living room.
There is baby equipment in Villa and it is 'toddler' friendly.
Further details outdoors: By the swimming pool there is a three seater wood swing seat and eight sun loungers with full length cushions.
The swimming pool has four entry points with gates that can be locked. The pool is cleaned regularly. The large lawn area is also gated.
There are two restaurants within walking of the Villa. Frigiliana has many shops including a 'mini' supermarket, restaurants, banks etc. In Nerja there are three large supermarkets with ample parking.

The cost of electricity and water is included.
The letting includes bed linen, towels that are changed weekly, a washing machine, dishwasher and ironing facilities. A welcome pack of food is provided.
Please note the air conditioning is in the main living room and master bedroom only.
