St Martins is a luxury,cliff top apartment complex with nine self catering holiday apartments (catering for up to 20 guests in 4 apartments) with indoor swimming pool, gym, sauna and games room overlooking Freshwater Bay. Level parking and lift access to all floors gives easy access to wheelchair users.

Apartment 2 is a contemporary self-catering apartment with panoramic sea views, balcony and private garden.
Sleeps 6 in two double bedroom and one twin bedroom with two modern bathrooms and one cloak room, open plan kitchen / living room.

Located adjacent to an 18 hole golf course, with local beaches, coastal footpaths and cycle routes close at hand. Freshwater Bay, with restaurant, bars and a small local village shop is a very short walk away.
Would suit a family of 6 or 3 couples looking for a luxury break away.

“Spectacular apartment and location.” Excellent low-season short break deal. Enormous and well-appointed apartment rooms, nearly new, with great leisure facilities and fabulous coastal views in lovely western corner of the Island just outside Freshwater town.

“Luxury apartment with fantastic views and amazing facilities...can't wait to return!” We had a fantastic weekend, staying at St Martins with our friends. The apartments are set on the cliff top overlooking Freshwater Bay and the views really are spectacular. There are cliff walks straight from your doorstep. We stayed in apartment 2 on the ground floor which has a small terrace, balcony off the master bedroom and a large, enclosed garden on the cliff top which is great for children and dogs. The indoor pool is fantastic and there is also a jacuzzi, sauna, gym and well-equipped games room and there is 24 hour access to all facilities. The generous welcome pack on arrival was a lovely surprise and the apartment was clean and beautifully furnished. We would recommend to everyone who wants a luxurious, relaxing break by the sea!
