About the home

Tara is a four bedroom contemporary house set in an ideal position for the nearby town of Yarmouth and benefits from spectacular sea views across the Solent and over to the mainland.

Internally, Tara is an upside down house with large living room space and sea views. The property is furnished to a high standard throughout and benefits from four bedrooms all with garden views and three bathrooms. Externally, the property offers front and rear gardens and patio areas complete with furniture, perfect for al fresco dining.

The picturesque harbour town of Yarmouth is just a short walk from the property; here you will find a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The historic harbour is guarded by Yarmouth Castle, the last addition to Henry VIII sea defences; walk around the castle and discover the recreated rooms of the 16th century or simply sit outside and enjoy a picnic while admiring the views out to the sea.

West Wight is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the ideal spot for catching a glimpse of the local wildlife, walking or just enjoying the beautiful countryside. From here take a visit to one of the Islands many attractions including Freshwater Bay, Alum Bay’s famous coloured cliffs or the Needles, one of Britain’s most famous landscapes.
