Complemented by a second lounge area with wifi internet facilities throughout.
The master downstairs bedroom has a king size bed and an en suite with dual showers and sinks complemented with high Grade Egyptian Cotton Towels.

You will be dealing with the owners directly. We will greet you upon arrival and take you through all the local options and guides based on your stay requirements. If you have any special requests in regards cots or high chairs simply ask.
It is a non smoking home.

Conditions

Refundable breakages deposit of A$ 500 required prior to arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
There is a one off cleaning and LInen charge of A$138 at the end of your stay which is deducted from your bond upon departure.
There is a telephone that can be used for local calls free of charge and Internet is available at a cost $5. per day please request this at time of booking.

A Bond is required of $500 is required in addition to the booking fee. This is for breakages during your stay. This is refunded with 14 days of departure.

Internet is available at A$5 per day. Includes wireless connection.

There is an exit clean and laundry surcharge of $138.00 total which is deducted from your bond.
