Home description
The Brighton Riverfront Apartment is situated on the waters edge of the beautiful Swan River. It is only minutes from the beach where the pure white sand goes on for miles and you can swim in the warm crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean.
Only a few minutes drive in the opposite direction takes you to the historic town of Fremantle. Once there you can find a bargain at the markets, visit one of the many coffee shops or restaurants or visit the historic buildings and museums.
Take a stroll down to the fishing boat harbour where you can watch the fishing boats come and go, eat some fantastic fish and chips on the quay or sample the delights of the Little Creatures Micro Brewery.
Take a short ferry ride to Rottnest Island, snorkle with the fish on the coral reef, or hire a bike and explore the island. This little paradise in the Indian Ocean is home to the native Quoka a small fury marsupial that are quite friendly and can be seen everywhere.
Perth is only a short drive away where you can explore the city, go shopping or just take in the sights.

There are plenty of Taxis from Perth airport cost is around $50 and takes about 40 minutes. There are plenty of cheap hire car centres around Fremantle details available in the apartment. Parking - Secure Single Undercover Parking is available under the apartments with security door access.
Storage- A large lock up secure store is available in the under croft garage, contains two “Boogie Boards” and toys for the beach.
Indoor Pool, Spa, Sauna and Gym- Provided in the complex for tenants use.
Reverse Cycle Air Conditioning- A split unit in the lounge room keeps the entire apartment cool in the summer and warm in the winter.
Linen- All provided including, bath towels, tea towels and beach towels.
High Chair - Available for hire $20 per stay.
Breakfast Hampers -These can be provided for your convenience at a cost of $7.50 per person. They consist of 2 bacon rashers, 1 sausauge, 2 eggs, 1 hash brown, 2 slices of bread, jam, butter and milk, (Coffee and tea are already provided). General Conditions
-Prices Quoted are in Australian Dollars. -No Pets are allowed. -No Smoking is allowed. -Variations to these conditions may only be made with the owners consent in writing.
Arrival and Departure
-Check in from 2pm on the day of arrival -Check out at 10am to allow for house-keeping to take place prior to the arrival of the next guests.
Rates
-Rates are subject to change and may vary from the price quoted prior to conformation. -Payment is by, electronic transfer or credit card.
Bookings and Payments
-All bookings are subject to the owners confirmation by e-mail. -All bookings must be confirmed with the payment of 25% non refundable deposit. Payment of the deposit will constitute the occupants acceptance of these terms and conditions. -The balance due must be paid in full 30 days prior to occupancy. -If for any reason the balance due is not received by the due date the owner reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and to re-let the property and apply appropriate cancellation charges. -All bookings made within a month of the dates booked must be paid in full to confirm booking.
Cancellations
-Prior to payment of the balance due there will be no refund of the 25% deposit. -After payment of the balance due there will be no refund of the 25% deposit. If the property can be re-let for the entire period of the booking there will be a refund of the balance due less a $100 cancellation fee -No refunds are available after the occupancy has commenced.
Occupants Responsibility
-To maintain a good standard of accommodation -The number of occupants must not exceed the number agreed to by the owner in the written confirmation of the booking. -Parties and functions are strictly forbidden -Damages, breakages, theft and loss are the occupant’s responsibility during their stay. -Disturbance to neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of the rental. -The property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival. Dirty dishes should at least be left to wash in the dishwasher, if not an excess cleaning charge of $45 may be imposed.
Security Bond
-A security bond in the form of a Credit Card Authorisation is required at the time of arrival. -The Security Bond is required to cover against any additional costs incurred including but not limited to any breakages, theft, loss, damage and excess cleaning. -The Security bond will not apply if all the terms and conditions as set out herein are complied with in full.
Loss
-The owner takes no responsibility for the occupants personal property.
Availability
-The Owner will make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked. However the owner reserves the right to vary the booking due to unforseen circumstances. If a booking is required to be cancelled in this case, there will be a full refund of all monies paid, including the deposit.

Martin - April 2007 We had a wonderful 4 days at this apartment and would have no hesitation in making a recommendation to others for the quality, location and cleanliness of the apartment. We wished we could have stayed longer. However anticipating a possible return trip to Fremantle when we make a permanent move to WA (or NSW, yet to be decided) in mid 2008, we would love to book again for a longer stay.
Robert Ian - January 2007 As a regular visitor to W.A. we have stayed in many apartments but this is one of the best.The location is perfect-peaceful yet near to all Freo has to offer.The apt.is beautifully fitted with top class appliances and selfcatering hardware.It really is a home from home.Truly 5* accommodation+a view to die for.
Megan - February 2007 The apartment is in a lovely location overlooking the swan river. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. All the furnishings are new and modern and the flat screen TV is a big plus!
Sarah - January 2007 This apartment is fantastic! The location is outstanding. Having breakfast on the balcony watching the sun come up and the dolphins swimming by was amazing. The apartment has everything you could possibly want and is stunningly decorated. We couldn't fault the place or the service we received from the owners. I would definitely recommend it and only hope it doesn't become too popular as we shall certainly try and stay there on our next trip to Fremantle. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
